Estimates
A typical estimates of Constraints and Work items to be done is presented in the tables
below. The work item with the related estimate point (Fibonacci number) represents the
priority of the work item. The work item with higher the estimate number represents
higher priority and is expected to be completed before other work items. However, in
case of the dependability of a higher priority work item to the lower one, the lower
priority will be executed first.

ID Constraints
1 Cost boundary of the Project is $200,000.
2 Project must be completed within 6 months.
3 New System must use PHP or C# Language.
4 MySQL should be used for Database.
5 System Rollout must be done before 20th week of schedule.

decided the priority of the tasks and inclusion of tasks in the sprint. The estimate start of
the project is 17th July and finish is 1st Jan. There are total 10 bi-weekly sprints to be
performed and the last sprint of four weeks will be carried out for system rollout,
maintainamve and pilot tests.
