With Masters degree in commerce and 13 years of experience, I am a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
from IIA, USA, Professional Accounting Affiliate (PAA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Pakistan (ICAP), Certified Public Accountant from CPA Professionals UK and Certified Financial
Consultant from Institute of Financial Consultants Canada (IFC). The selected pattern of professional and
academic qualifications has equipped me with in depth knowledge of accounting, finance, business issues
and macroeconomics as well as it pursues me to learn continuously for ongoing changes and issues in my
profession.

I specialize in Compliance, Internal audits, preparation of risk based audit plans, planning & risk
assessment tasks, developing & executing audit strategy, designing, evaluating and implementing
internal controls, preparing final deliverable is in the shape of audit report, tax workings, performing and
concluding agreed upon procedures, taxation, statutory / financial audits, review and preparation of
standard operating procedures for different processes.
