Agreement No.: 41/ADG(H)/E-1 of 2014-2015

Considering your approved rate and agreement as mentioned above, you are requested to
complete the under mentioned job in consultation with the undersigned at the earliest please.

detailed Architectural drawing with reference to the
requirement given.
2 Preparation of structural detailed drawings along with 35.0%
design for all the components of buildings and preparation
of alternative drawings if Corporation insists without
additional cost.

Required drawing / plan / structural design etc. may please be submitted to this Corporation
as laid down in the agreement.
Stipulated period may please be considered as 90 days from 7th day of issuing of this letter.
