I am demanding the immediate payment of the cash you owed amounting to ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 180, 000.00).

Consider this as my last and final demand for you to pay the corresponding value
of the above cash within ten (10) days from today or until June 8, 2017; otherwise much
to my regret, I shall be constrained to institute charges of estafa and violation of Batas
Pambansa Blg. 22 against you, not to mention the demand for damages.

Make this matter your preferential concern so as to avoid embarrassment and

humiliation on your part should this matter be later on elevated to court for litigation.

Should you wish to settle this matter amicably, feel free to personally visit the

I am demanding the immediate payment of the cash you owed amounting to

THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 330, 000.00) which we
agreed upon through an agreement letter and of your 6 checks (copy of which is attached
hereto for your ready reference) which was dishonored upon presentment with the
drawee bank, PBCOM Cauayan City Branch, with total amount of THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P 326, 500.00).

Consider this as my last and final demand for you to pay the corresponding value
of the above cash and check within ten (10) days from today or until June 8, 2017;
otherwise much to my regret, I shall be constrained to institute charges of estafa and
violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 against you, not to mention the demand for damages.
