AUTHORIZATION LETTER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I, JOHANNE MENDOZA, Filipino, of legal age, with present address at 1804

La Breza Tower Mother Ignacia Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle Quezon City, do
hereby name and authorize MARK ANGELO B. CASTILLO, of legal age, Filipino
citizen and with office address at Unit AU7M Manila Residences Tower II Taft Ave.,
Malate, Manila to be my representative, to do and perform the following acts and
things, namely:

1. To transact, apply and secure CERTIFICATE OF INDIGENCY in my

behalf before the Office of the Honorable Barangay Captain of Brgy. South Triangle,
Quezon City for purposes of availing free legal services of the PUBLIC ATTORNEYS
OFFICE (PAO)-Baguio City, where my case is pending. Further, I was compelled to
avail the services of the PAO due to financial difficulties and that I cannot anymore
avail the services of my private lawyer;

2. To make, sign and execute documents and other papers in

connection to or related to the said application;

3. To receive and deliver the abovementioned documents to me by any

means which is convenient to my representative.
