HEALTH
What is Health?

Its not just the absence of disease but its the complete wellbeing: 1) physically, 2) emotionally,
and 3) socially.
The body, mind and person to person interaction should be in harmony to attain good health.
When one of the three aspects of health isnt satisfied it will bring an imbalance thus leading to
poor health.
As a community health worker you are expected to explore all these circles in order to help your

clients attain good health.
