CREATE "MALAYSIA" BEFORE MA63

The Sarawak MA63 Legal Team to London should read the secret agreement between UK and
Malaya made on 31st July 1962, above all other documents they may have time to read.
It does not take much effort to understand that this agreement revealed that the so-called
formation of Malaysia was secretly decided well in advance by UK in collusion with Malaya to
transfer British Sovereignty over Singapore North Borneo (Sabah) and Sarawak to Malaya.
So right from the beginning the agreement was not just to proceed with their plan but it was
already spelt out in details annexed to the agreement.
Among the terms and conditions, it was agreed by the 2 governments that Sarawak and Sabah
had "no right to secession".
The Chairman of the IGC Lord Lansdowne deliberately lied when he responded to Sarawak
Council Negri members demands for an "exit clause in the Malaysia Agreement" by saying that
any state voluntarily entering into a federation has the intrinsic right to "secede at will".
The annexed "federal list" already spelt out the powers and control Malaya was to have over
Sarawak and Sabah.
This document is proof that the formation of Malaysia was a fraud perpetrated on the SS people
as the vehicle to re-colonize their country and is the reason why Sarawak must consider its right
to gain real independence. They had not real choice to choose "Yes" on "No" on the Malaysia
question.
"Consulting" the Sarawak and Sabah people with the Cobbold Commission Malaysia Solidarity
Consultative Committee (MSCC) and Inter Government Committee (IGC), local elections was
just a charade which the British and Malaya Governments stage-managed and steered from
beginning to end to achieve their purpose of re-colonization of Sarawak and Sabah under foreign
Malayan rule.
If it was intended by the UK to consult the people, then it should have responsibly done so by
first asking them for their opinions before anything agreement should be made on their behalf.
What the UK and Malaya did was to agree in secret on what the people should have.
The UK and Malayan governments had by this secret agreement committed a deliberate breach
of UN resolution 1514 and 1541 that all countries, nations and peoples should freely exercise
their inalienable right to self-determination free from foreign intervention (UK & Malaya).
The UK also violated its promise to restore Sarawak independence according to the 9 Cardinal
Principles of its 1941 Constitution and promise to grant Sabah independence.
Sarawakians and Sabahans were denied their right to independence to fulfill the UK's own
interest of preserving its colonial domination of the region under one administration .
If the Sarawak Government continues to declare that Sarawak will forever a part of "Malaysia"
and not move for Sarawak independence, then the people will rightly condemned it forever as a
government of traitors.
