Installation Connections
MV voltage sensors
T300 can be connected to several types of voltage sensors installed in the MV
substation. For each type of sensor, an adapter can be supplied (see following list):
bb LPVT adapter (ref EMS59573)
bb VPIS VO adapter (ref EMS59570)
bb VDS adapter (ref EMS59571)
bb LV adapter-2 KV insulation (ref EMS59572).
The connection of voltage input is directly made from the voltage adapter to the RJ45
connector on SC150 module.
Note: adapters require an additional standard Ethernet cable (not supplied) for the link between
the adapter and the T300.
English
To install the connecting cable:
bb Open the door completely.
bb Loosen and shift to the right the cable inlet guard plate, fastened by 4 screws to
the base of the enclosure
bb Insert the cable termination coming from the voltage adapter through the
rectangular opening on the base of the enclosure.
bb Connect the RJ45 connector to corresponding voltage input on the right SC150
module depending to the way number; way1 is on the left, way 4 is on the right
(see opposite illustration).

NOTICE
HAZARD OF EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
bb The AC supply input is insulated at 10 kV with respect to the enclosure ground. It is
important to ensure that the cable and its use outside and inside the enclosure do not harm
the insulation.
bb The product must be grounded to ensure conformity with electromagnetic compatibility
limits (EMC).
bb The battery must only be connected to the enclosure when the equipment is powered up.
