occupation involves specific job demands which, in conditions of poor job resources,

may lead to poor health. It also identifies that job burnout syndrome is the effect of

chronic work-related stress and results in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and

reduced personal accomplishment. This article is written by the Central Institute for

Labour Protection - National Research Institute in Poland. Lukasz Baka has a phd in

social science and focuses in on mental psychology, organizational psychology, and

positive psychology. I plan to use this source to describe some of the mental effects on

reviews the training required to go into different levels of EMT. Paul Barr is a journalist

with experience covering various aspects of the healthcare business. The publisher

Modern Healthcare is the leader in healthcare business, news, research, and data. I plan to

Camus, Albert. The Myth of Sisyphus. The Myth of Sisyphus and Other Essays, Translated by

OBrien Justin. 1955. Accessed 13 Mar. 2017.

Albert Camus was a French philosopher, author, and journalist whose views contributed

to the rise of absurdism. The Myth of Sisyphus is about a mortal named Sisyphus who

was condemned to a life in Tartarus rolling a rock to the top of a mountain only for it to

roll down. Thus, he rolled the rock up the mountain every day. I plan to use the idea that

the struggle to get to the top of the mountain made Sisyphus happy in my essay to

describe how first responders love their jobs and continue to work despite the struggle.

Labor Day of 1971 was mainly about the American spirit and work ethic. He came to the

conclusion that America has the character, drive, and greatness to succeed in achieving

the goal of a new prosperity in a full generation of peace. I plan to use this source in my

Albuquerque: The Magazine is a magazine all about life in Albuquerque. Olivia Torres is

currently on the editorial team as Staff Writer. Jocelyn Moya is also a writer at

Albuquerque: The Magazine. As this article is about the life of first responders in

Albuquerque, the source is reliable because it most often writes about life in Albuquerque
