The most common disease experienced by smokers is lung cancer. From the results of
the study mentioned that 87% of people affected by lung cancer or who died of lung cancer is
a smoker and this is a fantastic thing. Cigarette smoke also causes damage to cells tissue in the
lungs and that make the lungs are not maximally in carrying out their duties. In addition,
cigarette smoke containing carbon monoxide (CO) which is more easily bind with hemoglobin
(Hb) so the body will having a shortage of carbon dioxide (CO2). The effect of there is the
increased work of the heart because the heart will try to pump more blood to supply the needs
of carbon dioxide in network tissue throughout the body and than will automatically also
increase the heart rate. If this continues to long, someday there is a possibility that the smoker
may be susceptible to coronary heart disease. Due to increase heart rate, blood pressure will
also increase which is why its very dangerous for the health of the human body. For pregnant
women or breastfeeding, smoking or exposure to cigarette smoke is very dangerous because it
can cause premature birth fetuses, miscarriages, and abnormal child growth. In addition, many
other health problems caused by the behavior of cigarettes.
Smokers say that smoking is better than taking drugs or they sometimes think smoking
is a cool thing or they sometimes say thatsmoking cant make us sleepy. But in fact smoking is
one from many way to use drugs because the content of nicotine in it gives the same effect as
drugs. In addition, smoking is not something cool. One of the many consequence of smoking
is the easier skin for wrinkles because the reduced amount of oxygen obtained by cells on the
skin. Smoking also leaves a brownish plaque on teeth which can also be the cause of bad breath
and it is not very cool.
So, as a conclusion smoking is something that is not useful because there are made a
lot of diseases. Smoking is not something cool or anything because smoking will only damage
the body. In addition smoking will also cause other diseases such as bronchitis, respiratory
problems and the kind that all of which will kill you slowly. It is difficult to stop smoking but
not impossible to do. Dont make smoking is the best way for you to die.
