A Selection of Useful Rules

Divided Army
The Qing Dynasty Army was divided in two branches.
The Eight Banners Army was the traditional Juchen Army before the Conquest
of the Ming in 1644. They were formed from the old tradional eight Manchurian
Tribes.
The Green Standard Army was the Ming Army before the Conquest, maintained
by the Qing as a main Force but later turned into a Police Force to protect their
Rule from revolts.

Battalia in a Qing Dynasty Army must be part of the Eight Banners or the Green
Standard with the following restrictions:
-Shock Cavalry must be part of Green Standard Battalia before 1681
-Cavalry and Infantry in Green Standard Battalia get Militia after 1701
-Infantry in Eight Banners Battalia get Militia before 1681
