1) Induction: Teacher asks a student to come forward and hold a
paper up with a number on. The students have to help their friend
by giving him the clues on the number so that he could guess the
number. Teacher plays twelve rounds of this so that every student
will get a chance of playing it.
2) Explanation: Teacher distributes a worksheet on numbers 1 to
100. Teacher asks the students to complete the chart. Teacher
explains the numbers to the students.
3) Practice: teacher divides the class into three groups. Teacher
distributes a worksheet on numbers to the students. Teacher asks
the students to complete the worksheet in their groups.
4) Presentation: Teacher asks each group to come forward and
discuss the answers with their friends. Teacher guides the
students.
5) Closure: Teacher provides her feedback on students behaviour

1) Induction: Teacher starts off her lesson by recalling the story of
Fairs Fair with the students. Teacher throws a ball to the students
and asks him a question on the story. The game continues and
students will ask each other some questions on the story.
2) Explanation: Teacher elicits students ideas on the story by
asking the students to provide meanings of the words that are in
the story. Teacher ensures each student answers the questions
correctly.
3) Practice: Teacher distributes a worksheet to the students.
Teacher asks the students to complete the worksheet in an
allocated time.
4) Presentation: Teacher asks the students to discuss the answers
among them and check the answers.
5) Closure: Teacher provides her feedback on students work.

1) Induction: Teacher asks the students to guess the missing words
on the paper. Teacher elicits students knowledge on numbers.
2) Explanation: Teacher explains the pronunciation of some
numbers to the students and asks them to say it aloud.
3) Practice: Teacher divides the class into three groups. Teacher
tells the students that they have to find all four clues hidden in an
allocated time. Then, they have to answer the clues and write it on
the answer sheet provided. The first group to win will be awarded
10 points; second group will be awarded 7 points and the third
group will be awarded 4 points.
4) Presentation: Students read aloud their answers and teacher
shows Green sign if the answer is correct and Red Sign vice
versa.

3) Practice: Teacher divides the class into four groups. Teacher
distributes a crossword and a word search to the students. Teacher
asks the students to complete the tasks. The first group to win will
be awarded 10 points; second group will be awarded 7 points;
third group will be awarded 5 points and fourth group will be
awarded 3 points.
4) Presentation: Teacher asks the students to check and discuss the
answers with other groups.
5) Closure: Teacher provides her comments on students
performances.
