FVYDID is structured as a limited liability company (L.L.C.) in the State of Nevada.

Ownership Backround
Jack Lozeron aka JackEL (member):

Jack Lozeron is a grammy nominated music producer, writer, engineer and entrepreneur. Thus
far JackEL has earned his status as a top 100 DJ and has a value that exceeds the standard by
far. Responsible for launching many successful records and maintaining a brand that has
become respected as an elite EDM producer, his name has always been associated with quality
projects and always with integrity and great business and work ethics.

Derrick Frost (investor):

As an investor, Derrick Frost will be able to profit from ventures through FVYDID as well as be
involved as an Executive Producer on future projects as well as a stake in stream monetizing,
visual monetizing, licensing profits, publishing income and royalties which will be outlined in
this proposal.

The Management
Jack Lozeron will manage day to day operations, production schedules, and manage work
itinerary and details. All members will be active participants in decision-making and jointly
participate in business planning, marketing strategies and talent acquisition.
Operations
Daily Operations

Daily operations for the most part will involve daily briefings, and recording sessions for FVYDID
artists, musicians and writers with the goal of expanding the music catalog for streaming
monetization, visual monetization, and major music licensing opportunities being the major
focus in order to generate immediate income.
Weekly and monthly agendas will involve marketing meetings, listening sessions and any
business related topics and will be scheduled as deemed necessary.

Operational Facilities

Our business location and facility will be for private use and will be used for daily operations
and studio use for recording sessions. An initial investment will assist in covering operating cost
for the first year and any additional operating cost will cover by incoming revenue.

Staffing

Staffing will be addressed as operations expand. We will out source reliable and competent
team members as needed and agreed upon.

The Goals and Objectives

FVYDID is an entertainment venture that includes Music Licensing Placements and Audio
Recordings of select elite music artists. With over 10 years of experience in the music industry
and multiple successful ventures, FVYDIDs primarily goal is to secure streaming monetization,
visual monetization through our exclusive distribution deal with Jamvana, which is the leading
music distribution company for independent labels.

FVYDID will be releasing many frequent releases including our first video release Slicklife Turn
it up (JackEL Remix) official music video. With the exposure of RV3RS & JackELs soon to be
released 2nd single as well as their Rootz music video. We will be able to cross promote these
projects which in turn will lead to worldwide touring and provide a long term income stream
through album sales, touring and merchandise.

The Product

JackEL has maintained strong affiliation in the music industry for 10 years. A current partnership
includes Jamvana distribution which provides the opportunity to generate revenue from the
worlds largest music markets including Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, South America
and over 100 countries.
Advertising / The Target Market
FVYDID will distinguish itself from other independent music labels/ publishers through its
marketing and promoting plan. Intense, calculated and relentless promotional campaigns will
enable FVYDID to brand itself as a powerhouse in music releases and earn massive revenues
through placement in addition to the profit from the commercial releases.
Demographic being Electronic Dance Music lovers looking for positive high quality consistent
art in multiple forms; Visual art, Audio art, and Physical merchandise.
Daily Analytics help provide updated information on FVYDID and all artists fan bases
worldwide.

Company Assets
Company assets shall include but not be limited to all equipment, master recordings, licensing
agreements and interest in all recordings rights and other assets that may fall under the terms
of this business venture.

Capital Requirements plan

Capital Requirements
FVYDID is seeking $4,500 in equity investment capital. These funds will be used to: a) Create,
Release and Promote JackEL & RV3RS - Rootz (feat. General Jah Mikey) Music Video b) fund
budget to promote single on Spotify as a multi faceted marketing plan.

In return, video profits and single stream profits will be compensated to investor as described in
the following repayment of capital section.

Capital Repayment Plan

Upon placement of initial $4,500 investment paid to FVYDID by Investor, 50% of all future video
profits (monetization, opportunities that come initially directly from video,) will be split evenly
between FVYDID and Investor.
$1000 will be spent on Spotify promotion which will bring in 500,000 guaranteed streams in
USA (or worldwide if preferred)
Off two singles released by FVYDID, 546,327 streams accumulated $1377.00.
So the return of investment into Spotify will be achieved as soon as all streams have been
added onto single. FVYDID will split all future Spotify profits off single Rootz 50/50 with
investor.
In regards to Rootz single 50% of publishing rights/royalties will be given to Investor.
