DIRECTOR
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To assist the MANAGING DIRECTOR in the overall management and


operations of the company.
2. To provide the leadership and commitment for the overall
implementation of the Quality Environmental, Safety & Health
management system in the organization.
3. To carry out business development activities.
4. To lead the project team in the planning, implementation and
successful completion of projects.
5. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

Authority:
6. To approve product and equipment requisition and purchase.
7. To approve claims and payments.
8. To issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on non-conformances
identified.

PROJECT MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as
relevant and required by the QESH management system.
2. To fulfill the companys contractual obligation to the clients.
3. To plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.
4. To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractors activities at project
sites.
5. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices &
ensure environmental compliance.
6. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,
specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
7. To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for
resources as required.
8. To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection
and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used.
Results of such to conform to specifications.
9. To report project progress to top management.

10. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so

11. To lead the project team to carry out Hazard Identification, Risk
Assessment & Determine Control and Environmental Aspect
Identification & Evaluation.

13. To issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on non-conformances
identified.

SITE MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To assist the construction / project manager to plan, monitor and
control daily works at the project sites.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as
relevant and required by the QESH management system
3. To ensure site materials are always in time and to meet the
progress work as scheduled.
4. To co-ordinate and monitor subcontractors activities at project
site.
5. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
6. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the
drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work
instructions, etc.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To assist the Contracts Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-
contract activities.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as
relevant and required by the QESH management system.
3. To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and
tender documents.
4. To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client.

5. To prepare and maintain subcontractors Workmen Compensation,


Insurance All Risk and Performance Bonds.
6. To evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
7. To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.
8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

SITE ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To assist the construction / project manager to plan, monitor and
control daily works at the project sites.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant
and required by the QESH management system.
3. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,
specifications, construction plan, procedure, work instruction etc.
4. To prepare claims for sub contractors and client
5. To co-ordinate and monitor sub contractors activities at project site.
6. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
7. To implement project operations and document control procedures.
8. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,
specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To conduct measurement, land dimension and support project
activities.
2. To determine precise location and measurements of points, elevation
lines, areas and contours for all construction or infrastructure works.
3. To conduct land surveys in order to establish legal boundaries of land
titles.
4. To prepare of all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents
related to land survey.
5. To keep accurate notes, records or any survey measurements record to
certify work performed.

6. To coordinate findings with work of engineering and architectural


personnel, clients and others concern with the project.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities

1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as


relevant and required by the QESH management system.
2. To responsible to recommend & implement policies and procedures to
ensure compliance to ESH legal requirements including customer
requirements.
3. To communicate and liaison with relevant authorities.
4. To review and ensure the updated regulations by the authority are
implemented.
5. To participate / lead the project team and staff to identify hazards,
environmental aspects and the associated legal requirements.
6. To consult and encourage participation of workers and subcontractors
for the feedback related to hazards and environmental aspects.
7. To carry out incident investigations and reporting to the relevant
authority and management, to initiate corrective and preventive
actions.
8. To assist to plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractors activities at
project sites.
9. To maintain good house keeping and implement safety practices.
10.To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,
specifications, constructions plan, procedures, work instructions etc.
11.To ensure that inspections and tests are carried out as per Inspections
and Test Plan and that all quality control mechanisms are being used.
Results of such to conform to specifications.
12.To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant
consultants for approval.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER / SUPERVISOR


Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to recommend & implement policies and procedures to


ensure compliance to ESH legal requirements including customer and
requirements.
2. To advise the ESH committees related environmental, safety & health
matters.
3. To communicate and liaison with relevant authorities.
4. To review and ensure the updated regulations by the authority are
implemented.
5. To participate / lead the project team and staff to identify hazards,
environmental aspects and the associated legal requirements.
6. To consult and encourage participation of workers and
subcontractors for the feedback related to hazards and
environmental aspects.
7. To carry out incident investigation and reporting to the relevant
authority and management, to initiate corrective and preventive
actions.

aspects.

SAFETY SITE SUPERVISOR (SSS)


Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to recommend and implement policies and procedures to

3. To review and ensure the updated regulations by the authority are
implemented

4. To carry out incident investigation and reporting to the relevant


authority and management, to initiate corrective and preventive

5. Inspect & rectifying any unsafe act conditions at the construction site

7. Coordinate & support the safety committee & site safety audits
8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

SITE SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To assist the Project Engineer to supervise all construction works on


the project.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as
relevant and required by the QESH management system.
3. To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and
adhere to document control procedure.
4. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety & health
practices and environmental compliance.
5. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings,
specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
6. To carry out inspection and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and
use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system.
Results of such to conform to specifications.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

SITE CLERK

2. To carry out store inventory control.
3. To liaise with Operations Department on transfer of products and
equipment from store to site, inter site, site to store or to any other
external locations.
4. To handle and store products and equipment at the store in a proper
manner.
5. To monitor equipment that requires calibration, maintenance and
repair.
6. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

CHAINMAN
Duties and Responsibilities

1. To assist land surveyor to conduct measurement, land dimension and


support project activities.
2. To assist land surveyor determine precise location and measurements
of points, elevation lines, areas and contours for all construction or
infrastructure works.
3. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as
relevant and required by the QESH system.
4. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so
instructed by the superior.

SCHEDULED WASTE HANDLER


Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible on handling of Scheduled Waste and its record keeping.


2. Understand, implement and ensure compliance to the EQA (Scheduled
Waste) Regulation 2005.
3. Prepare and update related documents in related to the authority.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Ensure compliance with established Internal Auditor Control


procedure by examining records, reports, operating practice and
documentations.
2. Communicate audit finding by preparing a report discussing finding
with Auditees.

To issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) on non-conformances identified.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM


Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to undertake appropriate Personal Protective Measures.


2. Able to identify the Emergency Routes.

LEGAL EVALUATOR
Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible in evaluate the Legal and Other Requirements


2. Understand the classification of Legal and Other Requirements

MACHINE OPERATORS
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To maintain the machine that operating in its best and good


condition
2. Always keep track of the maintenance and service of the machine
that operating
3. To implement all activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and
required by the QESH management system.

LORRY DRIVER
Duties and Responsibilities

1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as


relevant and required by the QESH management System
2. Perform daily preventive maintenance such as checking of oil,
lubricant oil, diesel, grease and water for the lorry.
3. To perform delivery, collection, loading and unloading of construction
materials at site and designated places.
4. To ensure all delivery of construction materials as per schedule and
instruction.
5. Inform immediately to the superior of any breakdown of the lorry.
6. You are required to undertake any and all other duties as instructed by
your superior

ALL PERSONNEL

All staff and personnel including visitors, suppliers & subcontractors shall
comply to ESH policies, rules & procedure to ensure a safety, health &
environmental friendly environmental.
