(SOCSKSARGEN) AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICE (ADPO) TO 31 DECEMBER 2022, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 507 (S. 2008), AS AMENDED WHEREAS, the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO expires on 31 December 2016 Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 507 (s. 2006), as amended by EO No. 16 (s 2010) WHEREAS, in order to continue growth, ensure that programs and projects ‘Supported by the national government are fully implemented and to faciliate sustamable mechan'sm for agri‘ishery industry Compettiveness, there is @ need to extend the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO. NOW THEREFORE. |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philigpmes, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Gonsttution and existing laws, do hereby order SECTION 1. The provision on the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO in Section 1 ‘of EO 607 (s, 2006), as amended, is hereby further amencied to read as follows: ‘SOCSKSARGEN ADP Office Term. The term of the ADP Office is hereby extended to 31 Decomber 2022." SECTION 2. The inital funds necessary for the implementation of this Order shall be taken from such available sources as may be identified by the Department of Budget and Management. Succeeding funding for the operational requirements of the SOCKSARGEN ADPO shall be included in the budget of the Department of Agriculture (DA) inthe Genaval Appropriations Aci based on the work and financial program as submitted by the DA and endorsed by the Regional Development Council XI), SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. Ali other rules, regulations and issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this EO are hereby repealed or moaified accordinaly, SECTION 4. Effectivity.
