LA DIFICULTAD QUE CONLLEVA MEMORIZAR UNA LISTA DE


VERBOS YA DE POR SI ES DIFICIL, SIN CONTEXTO ALGUNO QUE
LO APOYE...LA PROPUESTA DE LA FORISTA CELEESTE SE SUMA A
LA CAUSA.

AHORA COMENCEMOS:

No es realista que te pases diez o, ms aos, de tu vida aprendiendo


una lista de verbos (conozco casos de compaer@s de carrera). Sin
verbos no se puede hablar.

Saberse los verbos significa decirlos sin dudar, ni tan siquiera por un
momento, cmo se pronuncian y se utilizan dentro del contexto de una
conversacin. Razn por la cual, te animo a que te lo tomes en serio y
aprendas de una vez por todas los verbos. Cmo? A continuacin te lo
explico en el siguiente mensaje.

La lista de verbos irregulares en ingls incluye tres columnas.

* La primera columna son los verbos en infinitivo, es decir, la raz del


verbo. Por ejemplo, el verbo "to do" sera en espaol, "hacer".

* La segunda columna son los verbos en pasado (para todas las personas
igual). Por ejemplo, el pasado del verbo "to do", sera "did".
* La tercera columna, es el participio del verbo. Por ejemplo, del verbo
"to do" sera "done", es decir, "hecho". En espaol son los verbos
terminados en -ido (comido), -ado (trabajado) o algunas formas
irregulares, como por ejemplo, visto, hecho, etc.

Hay que repetir la lista de verbos regulares e irregulares hasta la


saciedad. Esto significa que debes encerrarte en una habitacin y
proponerte, por ejemplo, aprender cuatro verbos cada da. Tambin
puedes ir durante el da repitiendo los verbos en voz alta, o
mentalmente, en el coche o en cualquier lugar que creas oportuno. Es
muy importante que cuando ests haciendo esto, intentes borrar de tu
memoria el sonido en espaol, que seguro se te ha quedado grabado
cuando aprendiste ingls en el colegio. Recuerda que si no intentas
aprender el sonido en ingls, no entenders lo que te dicen, ni tampoco
te entendern. Aunque no nos guste a la mayora, esta es la nica
manera casi efectiva ya no solo de aprender la lista de verbos, sino
cualquier lista de terminos o expresiones (piensa por ejemplo los phrasal
verbs o los idioms), asi que estos consejos valdrian para cualquier lista
a memorizar. Intenta apoyar el verbo a aprender con una frase que te
ayude a recordarla y siempre que sea un ejemplo fcil para ti.

Para aprender estos verbos de verdad, debers repetir en voz alta y,


hasta el cansancio, la pronunciacin aproximada (no la forma en cmo se
escriben).
Para que puedas leer los verbos casi como en espaol, he puesto la
pronunciacin de lo sonidos en espaol entre los corchetes [ ]. Pero ojo
! ten en cuenta que es slo aproximada.
