Preface

As part of the authors' continuing efforts to provide quality reviewers

not only to students but also to aspiring civil servants, the authors have come up

with this _ytf>SA. Civil Service Reviewer for Professional and

Sub-Professional Levels.

This book presents over seven hundred questions in Mathematics,

English, Filipino, the Constitution, Inductive Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning.

The Mathematics subtest contains questions on topics ranging from basic

operations to business math problems. Also included is a 20-item subtest on

Data Sufficiency to help you improve your analytical ability and critical thinking

skills. The English subtest meanwhile, has questions on Alphabetizing and

Paragraph Development aside from the questions on Vocabulary Development,

Analogy, Identifying Errors, Correct Usage and Reading Comprehension. The

Filipino subtest, on the other hand, has questions on Talahulugan (Vocabulary

Development) which is divided into three subtests namely: Kasing-kahulugan,

Kasalungat, and Mga Kawikaan. This subtest also has Wastong Gamit

(Correct Usage), Pagkilala sa Mali (Identifying Errors), Pag-unawa sa Binasa

(Reading Comprehension) and Pagtatalata (Paragraph Development). The

subtest on the Philippine Constitution aims to refresh you on your knowledge of

the Highest Law of the Land which is essential as a citizen of the country. The

Inductive Reasoning as well as the Abstract Reasoning subtests also

comprises the last portion of the review material.

Prepare for your Civil Service Examinations the JNKjSfi. way.

Have the complete set o f JW>SJ\ Civil Service Reviewer
