My warmest greetings to all my fellow MIT CE-EnSE alumni on our 28th Grand Reunion
and Alumni Homecoming!

It has been the mission of our institution to instill into each and every alumnus the
Mapuan values of discipline, excellence, commitment, integrity and relevance. The
significant roles and contributions of Mapua alumni in public service, private industry,
research and academe attest to the continuous achievement of this goal. Indeed, we
have become pillars in building this nation to a brighter future.

May this Association and its members continue to live under the banner of the Mapuan
brand, with our standards of excellence and professionalism, and to take arm in
addressing the ever changing needs of the Filipino people in this new millennium.
