Roles & Responsabilits:

Planning, validating and designing circuit routes with the help of CRAMER,MORI COPS &
Remedy which are C&W Database tools.
Provisioning VC12,VC3,STM-1 circuits by using NMS/EMS. Supporting planned outages
for migrating VC12,VC3,VC4 circuits.

Provisioning, Migration and ceasing of interconnect switch circuits.

Delivering the order as per the requirements of customer with in SLA

Providing Diversity for the voice related Circuits.

Updating Inventories as per the process and building Circuits in network based on the
inventory

Jumper testing between SDH and switch ports

 Raising Change request, MOP for interconnect switch circuit Reroute.

Schedule Field engineer for Jumper test, de-provision by using click and sharepoint.

Processing CEASE request from the respective cable and wireless customer. Ex.TESCO,
IBM, AT&T, Verizon,Telstra etc.

Handling escalations from customers in network part.
