I am currently an undergrad student at Texas Tech University
pursuing a BA in sociology. I plan to use this degree to go on to law
school in the hopes of becoming a cooperate attorney.
While working at red lobster, Willis towers Watson, and state farm I
was able to apply my customer service skills as well as my call center
skills to solve numerous customer related problems. At red lobster I
was able to train many on coming hostess. My success at Willis
towers Watson gave me the ability to move up in the company being
certified in my position, as well as gaining a raise. At state farm, I was
able to gain experience in a high-volume call center.
