MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MEMEBRS OF SRI TIRUMALA FLAT OWNERS ASSOCITOION HELD

ON 2 NOVEBER 2013-SATURDAY AT 12 PM

CHAIRPERSON: Mr. Gande Vinod Kumar (Flat # 13) was elected as Chairperson of the meeting

QUORUM: The Chairperson declared the quorum complete and the meeting competent to transact business

HANDOVER OF ORGINAL LAND DOCUEMNTS: The members have considered the matter of collection of all original
land documents from the builder/land owner, after due discussions, the following resolution was passed unanimously:

RESOLVED THAT Mr. Gande Vinod Kumar (owner of flat # 13 and president of the association) and Mr. Raja Mohan
Gandhamaneni (owner of the flat # 44 , the treasurer of the association) are hereby JOINTLY authorized to collect the all
THE ORIGINAL LAND document and other documents pertaining to apartment Sri Tirumala Castle, Survey No 11,
Gachibowli Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Rangareddy Dist, Hyderabad-500032 from the builder and or land owner on
behalf all the 16 flat owners of Sri Tirumala Castle and we hereby authorize them to do all necessary activities including
signing of letter of acknowledgement for receipt of original land documents or such other acts as me be necessary for
the implementation of the above said matter
