Palm reading and Handwriting

analysis
Palm reading
• Palm-reading, otherwise known as
palmistry or cheiromancy, is practiced all
over the world, with roots in Indian
astrology and gypsy fortune-telling.The
objective is to evaluate a person's
character or future by studying the palm of
their hand.
How to palm read
Take your writing
hand and identify the
4 major lines:

• The heart line (1)

• The head line (2)
• The life line (3)
• The fate line (4)
Interpret the heart line
– begins below the middle finger = selfish when it comes to love
– begins below the index finger = content with love life
– begins in the middle = falls in love easily.
– straight and short = less interest in romance
– touches life line = heart broken easily
– long and curvy = freely expresses emotions and feelings
– straight and parallel to the head line = good handle on
emotions
– wavy = many relationships and lovers, absence of serious
relationships
– circle on the line = depression
– broken line = emotional trauma
– smaller lines crossing through heart line = emotional trauma
Examine the head line
– short line - prefers physical achievements over mental
ones
– curved - creativity
– separated from life line - adventure, enthusiasm for
life.
– wavy line - short attention span
– deep, long line - thinking is clear and focused
– straight line - thinks realistically
– donut or cross in head line - emotional crisis
– broken head line - inconsistencies in thought
– multiple crosses through head line - momentous
decisions
Evaluate the life line
– runs close to thumb - often tired
– curvy - plenty of energy
– long, deep - vitality.
– short and shallow - manipulated by others
– swoops around in a semicircle - strength and
enthusiasm.
– straight and close to the edge of the palm - cautious
when it comes to relationships
– multiple life lines - extra vitality
– break - sudden change in lifestyle
Study the fate line
– deep line - strongly controlled by fate
– breaks and changes of direction - prone to many
changes in life from external forces
– starts joined to life line - self-made individual;
develops aspirations early on
– joins with the life line somewhere in the middle -
signifies a point at which one's interests must be
surrendered to those of others
– starts at base of thumb and crosses life line - support
offered by family and friends
Although, not everybody believes that palm
reading is true, a lot of people rely on what they’re
told.
Handwriting analysis
Handwriting analysis
Handwriting analysis, or graphology, is the
science involved in producing a personality
profile of the writer by examining the
characteristics, traits and strokes of an
individual's handwriting.
Besides creating a complete personality profile,
many other things are revealed in your
handwriting, such as health issues, past
experiences, hidden talents, mental problems...
How does it work?
Because your brain guides your hand,
everything put on paper is a result of a
two-way circuit between your brain and
the motor reflex muscles of your hand.
To you, it's just handwriting, but to a
handwriting analyst, it paints a picture of
the person "behind the pen”.
How to know what your results
mean
To interpretate handwriting you have to bare in mind some
indications, for example:

Space between letters:

Letters that don't touch: Indicate an impulsive, artistic,

sometimes impractical free thinker.
Some letters connecting: Means the writer's personality
blends logic and intuition.
All letters making contact: The sign of someone who's
highly cautious.
Slant

If letters slant to the left: Indicates introspection and a lot

of emotional control.
If letter slant to the right: Reveals a person who's
outgoing, friendly, impulsive, and emotionally open.
If letters are straight up and down: The sign of someone
who's ruled by the head, not the heart.
Letters that slant in more than one direction: Indicates
versatility and adaptability.
Letter size
Tiny letters: Indicate the writer has low self esteem but is intelligent.
Small letters: Quiet, introspective types, oriented and have good
concentration.
Large letters: Sign of a confident, easygoing individual.
Huge letters: Indicate someone who's theatrical, usually loud, and
needs to be the center of attention at all times.
Wide letters (their width and height are about the same): The mark of
someone who's open and friendly.
Narrow letters: Show someone who's shy but very self-disciplined.
Pressure

Heavy pressure writing (like you can feel the rib

made on the back of the paper): The writer is
agitated.

Moderate pressure (the writing is dark, but you

can't feel the rib on the other side of the paper):
Shows ability to deal with stress.

Light pressure: Indicates someone who seems

to take life in stride (calmly)
