Expenses:
1. Capital gains, documentary stamps, registration fees, transfer fees, realty taxes up to the
time of executions of the Deed of Sales shall be paid by the BUYER.
2. Agent commission is five (5%) percent based on the price.
3. The agent can offer to sell the property more than the asking price of the Vendor. The
vendor will not interfere with the mark up of the agent.
4. Release of commission shall be made immediately after the check has been cleared by the
bank. In case of long term payment, full commission shall be released upon the payment
of the agreed down payment.
