Content Standard:
1.1 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be
able to pronounce words and speak confidently with the correct
stress, rhythm and intonation.
1.2 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be
able to listen and respond appropriately in formal and informal
situations for a variety of purposes.

Learning Standard :
1.1.4 Able to speak on related topics with guidance.
1.2.5 Able to talk on topics of interest in formal situations with
YEAR 5 guidance.

By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to :
ENGLISH a) talk about self-protection based on pictures and questions
LANGUAGE from the teacher with guidance.
b) Discuss ways to prevent child abuse/bullying

Teacher shows 5 pictures of social issues.
Teacher and pupils talk about the issues.
Gallery Walk
Pupils present their discussion.
