ROLLING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

POOL AND TENNIS REGULATIONS 2016

Pool Hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily


Adult Only (21+) from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm daily

The pool, tennis court and parking lot area are open to Homeowners who:

1. Live within the Rolling Oaks Subdivision


2. Are current on all their homeowners dues & assessments.
3. Are in compliance with all Rolling Oaks Covenants and Restrictions

This is a FAMILY AREA for the enjoyment of all who use the pool or tennis court area. The
rules below are designed for the safety and comfort of all who use the pool, tennis court and
adjacent parking lot. Please remember this is a family area and the rights and privileges of all
individuals should be respected at all times. Failure to follow the rules will be grounds for the
suspension of your right to use the pool, tennis court and adjacent parking lot. Damages and
other fees may be assessed to the homeowner found to be in violation.

Pool and Tennis Rules:

1. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY All who use the pool swim at their own risk.
2. NO DIVING allowed in shallow end and use extreme caution in deep end.
3. NO running or rough play anywhere. Parking lot is not a childrens play area at anytime.
4. NO horseplay, skateboards, rollerblades, bikes or motorized vehicles allowed.
5. NO animals allowed.
6. NO ALCOHOLIC beverages are permitted.
7. NO GLASS containers of any kind allowed.
8. NO children under the age of 16 allowed unless accompanied by parent or adult guardian
in the Rolling Oaks neighborhood.
9. Homeowners may bring up to four guests. Greater than four will need to notify the board
of the homeowners association in advance for permission. A homeowner, family
member or tenant in good standing may not invite another homeowner, family member or
tenant who is not in good standing as a guest to the pool under any circumstances. A
guest fee may be imposed. Parties may be allowed at the discretion and approval of the
pool committee one week in advance of the function. A $75.00 deposit is required.
10. PROPER SWIMWEAR must be worn. No street clothes or cut-off shorts.
11. SWIM DIAPERS must be worn by all children not toilet trained for health reasons. A
pool clean up fee may be charged to the homeowner who violates this rule.
12. INCLEMENT WEATHER will close the pool immediately. Exit the pool when you hear
thunder.
13. NO climbing, sitting or swinging on the pool safety rope at end of shallow end.
14. NO SPITTING, NO PROFANITY, NO YELLING.
15. NO LOUD MUSICthis is a safety factor as someone in need of help may not be heard.
16. NO SMOKING in the pool area as this is a family environment.
17. SHOWER before entering pool. Please clean up your trash and place in trash bin.
18. NEVER prop open the pool or tennis gates and never climb over the pool/tennis fences.
19. DO NOT allow others access to the pool unless they are in your immediate family or are
your authorized guest(s).
20. Tables are available on a first come first served basis. Reserving tables is not allowed.
Be considerate of other pool users and do not use all the tables for your group.
21. Cleaning equipment is located in the bathrooms. Please keep them clean or clean up after
use if needed. Ensure lights are turned off after use.
22. Lower umbrellas after use and deposit all trash in the trash bin provided.
23. The pool and tennis court areas are maintained by all of us on a volunteer basis. If you
are the last to leave the pool area please ensure all umbrellas are lowered, lights in the
restrooms are off, pool light is off, and shower is turned off completely.
24. The parking area is intended for use by homeowners/tenants only visiting the pool or
tennis court and is not a public parking area for overflow guests at your residence.
25. If any bodily fluids are noticed in the pool, evacuate immediately and notify the board of
the homeowners association.

POOL KEYS:

Please keep your pool key in a safe place for your use only. A logbook is kept by
the gate system of who and what time a key was used. There will be a $25.00 fee to
replace a lost or damaged key. No home will be issued more than one key.

Thank you! Any homeowner is encouraged to report any violations they may observe to the pool
committee anonymously if preferred.

These rules apply not only to the pool and tennis court area, but also to the parking lot for the
pool and tennis area.
