(MOTOR VEHICLE) OF THE LATE RODOLFO M. FERRER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, TEODORA S. FERRER, surviving spouse, and children, namely:

CATHERINE F. SISON, JOY S. FERRER and MEL S. FERRER, of legal
ages, Filipinos, and with residence and postal address at No. 67 Vicente Ave., NSEV
Diliman, Quezon City;

WITNESSETH:

THAT we are the sole heirs of RODOLFO M. FERRER who died on 9 July 2008 at
No. 67 Vicente Ave., NSEV Diliman, Quezon City; copy of his death certificate is hereto
attached as Annex "A";

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any
outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, left a personal property, more
particularly described as motor vehicle, are as follows, to wit:

adjudicate unto ourselves the above described motor vehicle.
