Dear Mary and Ian,

I was happy to hear from you. I am so sorry that I could not reply any sooner since I was a bit busy and
away from home.

If you are arriving in Sri Lanka during midnight its better to stay in Negambo for two nights.
Regarding visiting Worlds End, a big van cannot travel in that road, so two jeeps have to be hired.
Also entrance fees and the jeep would cost around 30USD per head. But you can see a similar view
when we go to Ella without paying any extra.

There is a similar rain forest with the same bio diversity called Kanneliya close to Galle. You could
see waterfalls, birds and endemic trees and also have a bath in the stream. I think its worth googling
and let me know if you are interested.

Kithulgala is famous for white water rafting. You can raft in rapid flowing river waters and its a
thrilling experience. You can have a better picture if you search on the internet.

I am herewith sending the rough cost for the expenditures. For 8 persons four double bedrooms will be
enough and separate or twin beds can be arranged.
Guide fees & Entrance fees for places of visit 225USD (Approx.) per person
For a good meal ( Lunch OR Dinner) 8USD (Approx.) per person

Usually during the busy tourist season the some guest houses charge 50% in advance for bookings.
Therefore an advance of 100 USD per person will be appreciated if you can.

Please feel free to ask if there are further clarification on anything.

Best Regards,
Nimal.

Dear NImal,

We have gotten your name from Christian Schwenk, a friend of ours and an osteopath from Munich;
he toured with you this past February. We are planning a three-week trip to Sri Lanka this November
and are interested in hiring you to do some guiding and driving for us while we are there.

We arrive November 8 and depart November 21 and would possibly need your services the 14th to the
20th. We arrive into Kandy on the 13th and are currently confirmed to stay at the Elephant Stables 13-
15th.

While we are in the Northern Central province we are interested in visiting the following: elephant
orphanage, temples, arts and culture, tea/spice plantations, and possibly one safari park (Wilpattu
National Park-because of its north/central location).

Questions for you:

- Are you are available over the November 13-21 dates?

- Please tell us what you charge per day.

- What you can assist us with (guide, driving, hotel recommendations, etc.)?

- Are there other places you recommend us to see and stay while in these areas?

- Do you speak English?

We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Best regards,

teddi

Dear Teddi,
Thank you very much for contacting me and I am so sorry I didnt reply sooner. I was on a tour and
away from home. I assure you the best of my service and kindly convey my regards to your friend.
I am available for your service from November 13th -21st and I do speak good English. I could assist
you with a good itinerary, booking or recommending good accommodations, driving and guiding.

It would be helpful to if you tell me the places you hope to visit from 8th to 21st and your arrival and
departure times and how many of you are coming, for me to propose an itinerary. I think its better to
avoid Wilpattu National park and go for a similar option since it was closed for the public for some
time and now open only during the morning hours.

If there are any queries please feel free to ask. I will be more than happy to answer.
Regards,
Nimal.
