The system is based on the ability of using to this information at the right
place and at the right time.
Having to absolute and accurate information is important for system.
Countries have these abilities that will be ahead from others. The main goal, all
countries are have to these abilities. A monetary policy that is based on gold. ( gold
stocks of the country) is involved this system.
In the process of pass to this system, to calculate stocks of gold and exchange
of country and according to this, the actual value of countrys money are requred
to determine.
The actual value of a countrys money, amount of gold were found in the
country, to countrys population by dividing, it will be found that is the amount of
gold per capita.
For example, to determine the value of Chinas money, thecountrys existing
gold stocks that is 100 tons, to 1 billion population is divided. As a result, its found
per capita is 0,1 grams gold. Here, Chinas money value; 1 yuan is 0,1 grams gold.
