China's One Child Policy

What a wonderful land that China is consisted of. What a rich history, culture, great people, and
society part of God's wonderful creation. Before listing the many problems existing within China.
It's time to show background for you can't know the foreground without background. Like
always, all people have that enriching dignity that permeates across the far
reaches of time and history. China existed with species of animals and humans for many
years in prehistoric times. The Neolithic Age had villages in China like one found in Bapon, Xi’an.
There was the Yanghsao culture and the Longshan culture in ca. 2500 B.C. The first modern
dynasty after the Flood was Xia which was created in 2284 B.C. The Xia dynasty was mentioned n
historical records like the Records of the Grand Historian and Bamboo Annals. Later many other
dynasties came after it like Shang, Liu, etc. In Chinese history, there was the famous
philosopher Confucius and patriotic poets like Qu Yuan. The Chinese civilization grew
heavily form the Yellow River since rivers in ancient times were a breadbasket of urban
growth. It was the region of farms, construction, trade using boats, and other means of
infrastructural development. The major secession of Chinese dynasties include the Xia,
the Shang (ca. 1700-1046 B.C.), and the Zhou Dynasty (1066-256 B.C.). After these events
came the period of growth and warring states in China. The Shang dynasty worshipped
weather and sky gods. They supported a supreme god called Shangdi. They praised their
ancestors like their parents and grandparents (whom according to them would be like
gods when they died. Each family worshipped its own ancestors). The Shang dynasty have
an intensive amount of pottery, a military force with chariots, and their kings having social
supremacy over the people. As to scientific and technical training, the Ch'eng/Chu School
drew on the work of an early eleventh-century scholar and educator, Hu Yuan (993-
1059), who taught many officials of the early Sung Dynasty. Hu Yuan linked classical
studies with courses on mathematics, hydraulic engineering, military science, and civil
administration. He emphasized specialization only following a mastery of each field.
Chu's curriculum added the study of astronomy, geography, topography, proper rites and
music, and criminal justice. Even in the T’ang and Sung dynasties deal with literature to
improve upon human mental thinking. The Sung Dynasty had new hydraulic techniques
and irrigation networks, there were vast networks of roads plus canals, and China had a
very advanced agricultural system by the 1200’s A.D. After the Mongol invasion in
China, China experienced the Ming Dynasty revival. The Chinese traded in India,
Africa, and the Persian Gulf. There were a rebuilding of the Grand Canal. Between 1403
and 1419, 2,149 seagoing vessels were built in the major shipyard in Nanjing. Quite a
number of these were "treasure ships," which held five hundred men and utilized
technologies not developed in Europe for centuries. A building of a civilization deals with
music, politics, engineering, economics, business skills, manufacturing, and a wide
spectrum of skills. The reflection of creativity of the Ultimate Almighty God is found in
man. Man can’t be perfect, but mankind can know about God and instill moral
improvement.
Now in the 1800's, China was colonized by many European nations who wanted opium, trade, and
the exploitation of their natural resources (for lust and gain). This is an example of Imperialist real
thugs trying to harm the Chinese people. Godless philosophies like Communism reigned in China
by the 1940's. Of course, Communism and its tenets existed from the days of Thomas More (and
beyond thousands of years ago). During WWII, the Japanese made China its colony. They ruled
China for years and when the Allies won, a democracy was established for a temporary time by
the suspected 33rd Freemason Chiang Kai-shek. Chiang was a Nationalist and FDR promised
him that Hong Kong would be controlled by China not the Britain. Franklin Delano Roosevelt
wanted China to be strong and a member of the Big Four. He supported the nationalist party of
Chiang Kai-Shek. FDR's agent Hurley couldn't get the British to support the idea of China to
become more Nationalist & Independent. Ironically, Stalin agreed with this plan from President
Franklin Delano Roosevelt. FDR couldn't do more to make China more nationalist, because he
died in 1945. Truman was pro-British elite and he supported the dictator Mao over Chiang Kai-
Shek. According to Lanxin Xiang’s “Recasting the Imperial Far East: Britain and
America in China, 1945-1950,“ the British were more sympathetic to Mao, while
FDR supported Chiang. FDR and Chiang didn’t want the British to have colonial
holdings and preferences in Hong Kong, Canton, and Shanghai. This plan angered
Churchill since he wanted to maintain the British Empire as long as possible. Situations were
going good in Chiang until we betrayed Chiang in 1948 by instilling a Communist revolution there.
Chiang wasn’t perfect, but he was a whole lot better than Mao Zedong. The USA used American
tanks in January 31, 1949 to Peking to install the mass murderer Mao Zedong. Mao Zedong
supported gun control, population control, restrictions of God-given civil liberties & human rights,
the killing of dissidents and other fascist precepts. Mao’s views were in glaring contrast to the
republican tenets of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Dr. Sun Yat-sen wanted to work with Asia and America to
form a republican inspired Revolution. This could threaten the elite, so the establishment utilized
Maoism as an instrument to strife real Nationalism globally. Some of the British (although,
tons of British people are liberty loving and reject the new world order
construct. So, I want to make that perfectly clear) used their puppets like Yen Fu
(who was an opium addict) to try to deceive people into accepting hedonism and irrational views.
Bertrand Russell promoted anti-religious, Marxist ideas in China as well. Russell, like Mao after
him, praised the Legalist Emperor Ch'in Shi-huang who had burned the Confucian Classics and
buried the Confucian scholars alive. He despised the Confucian influence and its moral
tradition, complaining that "the Chinese have not yet grasped that man's morals in the mass are
the same everywhere: They do as much harm as they dare, and as much good as they must."
Russell was something else.
Jesuits were even in China during the time of Mao. Back in 1973, no American could overtly enter
Communist China. The Vietnam War was still going on and China backed then Northern Vietnam.
Yet, an American Jesuit from the University of San Francisco went into Communist China. Jesuit
Cardinal Augustin Bea did the same thing according to Jesuit Malachi Martin in his The
Jesuits on p. 33. Even in the Vietnam war, Jesuit Dan Lyon supported the U.S. military
involved in the war. He entered China and was called “Father Hawk.” The Jesuit Matteo
Ricci went into China too during the late Middle Ages. Back in those days, the Vatican
wanted control over China. There were Jesuit astronomers in the court of the Emperor of
China and 2 Chinese converts existed (with crosses, etc.). Some European nations wanted
overt control over China’s economy, politics, resources, etc. That is why China banned
Western activity and missionary activity for hundreds of years. The Catholic
Church has been unsuccessful in making China mostly Roman Catholic among all
of these centuries. So, the lesson here is that Imperialism is evil. Imperialism deals with
oppression against human beings, racism, plunder, and creating luxuries for the few
(while impoverishment is a daily occurrence among the victims of Imperialism). People
of every color fought against imperialism and we as human beings won many battles. Yet,
some places still experience it overtly or covertly. We have that free speech right to
express the need to end Imperialism once and for all.

This is despite
One CNN segment made the error that Communism is good for China.
China's history dealing with Communism resulting in a legacy of violation
and suppression of basic fundamental liberties in that nation. Communism is
an ineffective philosophy that reduces the individual and elevate the state in bad means. There is
nothing wrong with the existence of the state, but the state like corporations can't do what they
want whenever they want. For years, China has been criticized for its human rights abuses
against women and religious minorities. There is the one child policy that created outrage,
backlash, and a deficit in the number of women compared to men. The state control over the
conditions of reproduction, marriage, and equal access to labor have been seen as a negative not
a positive talking point. CNN praised Chen Zhili, who is the President of the all-China women's
federation. She is one of the top ranking women in the Chinese government. She claimed that
Mao was a great leader by banning foot binding, bride selling, dowries, polygamy and concubines.
Women were invited to leave the home and join the labor force. Mao spoke those famous words:
‘women hold up half the sky.’ She is the vice chair of the Standing Committee of the National
People's Congress. Chen claims that Mao made revolutionary changes to help the condition of
women, which is a lie. China is still a repressive state that use women to be apart of the Family
Planning Program in China. This policy and the one child policy regulate women's reproductive
rights and degrade women with forced abortions, etc. China is anti-women whose corporate
cultural system (not its real, authentic cultural system) favor males over females. That is why
males outnumber females by 30 million human beings. Girls have an unequal status in China
according to Kat Harding from Salon. Women go missing or sold to the sex trade. Promoting the
“Half the Sky” concept and a book with the same name, United Nations head Ban Ki Moon
decried abuse of women. The Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used Mao's phrase of "women
hold up half the sky" to speak in a Women's Right trip to China. Mao Zedong said that in 1968
talked about this issues. Confucius might of wrote the words before Mao. Why is Hillary speaking
words from a Communist dictator unless she supports the centralized state with authority
over the family. The One child policy existed by Deng by ca. 1978 via the Family Planning
Commission in China. It was authoritarian utilizing coercive population control. Some of
these policies existed in India and the Third World. This is documented in a RAND
Corporation study, entitled “The Origins and Evolution of Family Planning Programs in Developing
Countries” [pdf]. The study evaluates that the countries with the most centralized, authoritarian
governments were “matched up” with the most harsh family planning policies, as they were most
likely to adopt policies restricting individual liberties. Authoritarian police states trying to forcibly
control populations don't work effectively at all. There is nothing wrong with women working in the
workplace. Yet, the Family Planning Program in China utilized that policy to promote population
control, birth control pills, contraceptives, etc. to lower Chinese population (not for equality of the
sexes). The RAND Corp. study found that the Family Planning emphasis its long declared its
validation of Women and Human Rights as found in the UN charter.

The Planning center use quality of care as an excuse to promote Western philanthropies like the
Rockefeller's Population Council (pushing this brainwashing system in Third World governments).
There was coercive sterilization even without informing the patient exists in China and India. An
United Nations study forUNESCO titled “Mass Media, Family Planning and Development” from
1973 outlines specific strategies designed to sell their policies, matching up budget and population
with the degree of cultural acceptance of birth control and the types of media to be used. The
study further notes the “Government Attitude with regard to family planning” and noting when
there is the presence of a ’strong central government’ who could implement reproduction policies
from the top-down. Mao wanted China to have population restriction as early as 1957. China’s
governmental officials wanted married to be 25 for women and 27 or 28 for women. The state
regulating sexual behavior of adults is common in China. Mao's eugenics programs killed as high
as 40-70 million people. It's easily proven that Communism was funded by Wall Street bankers
even during the Bolshevik Revolution. Anthony Sutton proves how manganese, oil and steel
production was facilitated in the Soviet Union via Wall Street money and personnel. He has traced
and meticulously detailed the deep ties of finance families’ influence in Soviet Russia. Isaacson &
Thomas’ “The Wise Men” details how Skull & Bones financier Averill Harriman was not only
involved bankrolling the regime, but as U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union, influenced our
relations during and after WWII. Harriman is credited with spending more time with Joseph Stalin
than any other non-Russian. Harriman traded and negotiated with Stalin with sanction from
Washington. The Rockefellers had business ventures with the Soviet Union along with members
of the Pilgrim Society. This came when the market was heavily closed to U.S. business.
Nixon and Kissinger opened up China greatly to America and then David Rockefeller
openly praised China's Revolution (in an article he wrote to the New York Times on August
10, 1973). The Rockefellers has monopolized the oil industry in the late 19th century. Then,
they fund eugenics and population control movements. Margaret Sanger was aided by the
Rockefellers as well to promote eugenics under the guise of birth control. In 1927, the
Rockefellers funded the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology, Human Heredity and
Eugenics. This is the core institute in the promotion of Nazi eugenics. In 1952, John D. III created
the Population Council. This group promoted depopulation worldwide, even in China. Aaron
Russo said that Nicholas Rockefeller financed the women's liberation movement to break up the
family, put women in the work force, and make women subject to taxes. There was a more strict
culture decades ago than today. For example, boys in schools in the 1950’s had to get short
haircuts in schools, they couldn’t get wear T-shirts in school, and girls in schools were sexually
exploited. In some states as short as thirty years ago, women did not have the right to
manage their own property, upon a divorce all household property was deemed the
husband's. Even JFK had to sign the Equal Pay Act as late as 1964.

What is true is that there is nothing wrong with promoting the equality of
both genders. Women should have jobs, have equal pay, equal
opportunities under the law, have true rights, and have all of the rights
found in the Bill and Rights plus Constitution. This is apart of legitimate
feminism. When you deal with a man and a woman, there should be a
balance. The extremists are wrong like usual for the man and the woman
are apart of ONE HUMANITY. See, that means that a man should not usurp
oppressive authority against a woman and vice versa. You have balance in
order to have spiritual & cultural harmony. This tenet existed thousands of
years ago. It is true that a man and a woman should promote self help and
community improvement. There is nothing wrong with legitimate programs.
Yet, if a person can not take risks to improve his or her own state (and
others), then stagnant growth will surely be a result. It‘s also the
responsibility of the wealthy to help out their own community or where
they‘re from in a bare minimum (having concern for your own people). If
you want to get what you want, you have stand confidently and assertively
to fight for your pursuit of liberty. We should create our own businesses or
at least use independent programs to help people. Buying products is fine.
Yet, it’s much better long term if we create or manufacture our own
products & saving money, so you can control the interests in your own
community. A dependence on the current system doesn‘t work. So, a better
system should be developed to help human beings especially the poor and
the disadvantaged. Yet, there is an establishment, corporate version of feminism that was
funded by the CIA as even Gloria Steinem admitted that CIA money funded her Ms. Magazine.
This corporate feminism don’t want men and women working side by side to create a
functionally civilization. They regularly via popular culture, the mainstream media, etc. promote
divineness among the sexes in order to keep tensions going forward. Many of them promote the
lie that males and females are identically physically, emotionally, psychologically, hormonally, and
physiologically. That‘s a lie since men are women are equal of course, but we are not identical in
every way shape and form. Equality doesn‘t mean identical. Equality means each person has
equal value, equal worth, and an equal chance to make great contributions in the world
intellectually or otherwise. So, we don't need Edward Bernays' propaganda or authoritarian control
in our lives. We should have real freedom as a representation of fundamental human rights.

This is nothing new. In the 1700’s, people have promoted population control actions. Some of the
elite bloodlines intermarried with each other in a sick way. Charles Darwin's family only
interbred with one other family for generations and that was the Wedgwood family. This was
the famous pottery Wedgwood’s of England, and his grandfather married one. This father
married one. Charles married one and then when his wife died, he married his mother's sister,
another Wedgwood. They're all Wedgwood’s and Darwin's all mixed together, you see, until they
bring some other outside blood—to Galton's, another sweet bunch who believed in population
reduction. They end up with, or Charles did, anyway, had ten children from his first wife and even
died in childbirth or two died in insane asylums very young. This is why interbreeding with close
relatives is blatantly immoral and wrong.
A professor form Oxford wants to drug the water supply in the world. It's not a secret that
humanity is under chemical, biological, and psychological attack. He even admitted that
fluoridation proves that populations of the people in the future can be mass medicated via
pharmacological 'cognitive enhancement' added to the water supply (as expressed in the
2008 paper entitled, "Fluoride and the Future: Population Level Cognitive
Enhancement"). His name is Julian Savulescu. Fluoride is a neurotoxin. He wants
fluoridation to spread all over the Earth. He naively believes that water fluoridation can
improve human mental functioning. Fluoride is linked to many human health negative
problems like thyroid problems, bone cancer, and even blindness. Sodium fluoride has an
industrial waste derivative called hydrofluosilic acid. It's found in about 2/3 of the
fluoridated public water in the U.S. and it can be very deadly. Savulescu's fluoride
proposal of medicating people is similar to Aldous Huxley's agenda. This is found in the
"Brave New World" book. Huxley predicted that a future dictatorship will occur in the
future where people will love their servitude. Huxley used the word Soma as a drug to
control the masses at large. This is related to a Scientific dictatorship or a
pharmacologically treated population (to decrease the risk of the people to revolt
against an evil regime). Huxley said that people's liberties will be taken away from
them (under the distractions of propaganda, brainwashing, etc.). There is control and
the technological innovation in the world. The deal is that such drugs and food are in our
food and water. If Ritalin, Prozac, and other chemically engineered drugs are in our water
supply, they won't want us smart, but more docile. Some want lithium in the water to
make people change their mood (as done by Japanese researchers). Moreover, the AP
exposed in 2008 that pharmaceutical drugs were found in the majority of the United
States’ water supply. According to the AP, at least 46 million people are affected by the
issue. Anti-anxiety drugs and anti-epileptic drugs are in southern California. Even the
U.S. Geological Survey lists the emerging contaminants in the environment. These
contaminating chemicals are herbicides, pharmaceuticals, endocrine disruptors, and
household chemicals. Antiandrogens used in pesticides have sprayed on our food. They
act as endocrine disruptors, which have been proven to demasculinize rats. It's easily
found White House Science Advisor John P. Holdren have advocated adding sterilants to
the water supply. He wrote about this in the 1977 book of "Population Bomb" (co-
authored by Paul Ehrlich). Ecoscience desired sterilants to be used in drinking water. It's
used for involuntary fertility control.

Even Nobel Peace Prize winning microbiologist Sir MacFarlane Burnet wanted
to help the Australian government by using biological weapons against Indonesia (and
other people of color) in South East Asia. this is evil. This plan was proposed in 1947.
It was uncovered by Canberra historian Philip Dorling in the National Archives in
1998. There are dangerous chemical additives in our food and water. This is apart of a
larger eugenics program. Lord Bertrand Russell promoted scientific societies to have
injections and other tactics to control people at an early age. He wanted men and
women to be docile, thoughtless, and contented. The elite try to use propaganda to
change our behavior and lifestyle. It’s a brave new world indeed where Oxford
professor Julian Savulescu argues for the “Ethics of Enhancement.” In his 2002
paper, “Genetic interventions and the ethics of enhancement of human beings,”
Savulesco argues for using gene therapy and drug therapy to make “happier, healthier
people.” It could mean adding both mental-boosting and mood-enhancing chemicals
to the things everyone eats or drinks. This is the truly the 21st century when you have
people wanting drug therapy in a slick way. The Nazis used fluoride to make
concentration camp victims docile. Fluoride is even found in Prozac (which is the
leading brand name for Fluoxetine) and sarin nerve gas. They can alter the human
mind. GM foods have been dangerous. It can be dangerous, gene splicing have
unknown issues, and pharmaceutical chemicals can have addiction, brain damage,
cancer, etc. Enhancing human behavior can be a means of control. There are moral
and ethical dilemmas of biological enhancement. The thriving to improve man at
the expense of other humans is related to transhumanism (that is related to
eugenics and it was coined by UNESCO founder Julian Huxley in 1952. He
was the grandson of Charles Darwin's partner at the Royal Society of Science
named T.H. Huxley). Using the water supply in the world to promote
enhancements is really nefarious. Darwin, Francis Galton, and Thomas H. Huxley
wanted Utopian societies. Advancements and innovations in science, technology and
health have obvious potential benefits. Yet, when the kind of dangerous ideologies
driving the science policy, public health is at a serious risk.
A Congressional hearing in early June 2010 had a panel of experts. These experts unveiled
information that said that Chinese women are victimized by forced abortions every 2.4 seconds.
Pro-Leader House member Rep. Chris Smith called the panel the "No Choice Allowed." The
experts said that as many as 35,000 abortions are done daily on women who don't want one, but
must be subjected to one (because of the strict one-child policy). These numbers exclude the
men and woman who are victims of forced sterilizations, who are imprisoned or sentenced
to home detention, lose their jobs or face stiff fines, etc. The stats don't include the number of
families who face similar abuses from the Chinese government either. Reggie Littlejohn, president
of Women's Rights Without Borders, told the hearing, "Over 400 million children are not living in
China because of the one-child policy. That's more than the population of the United States." She
said that many people in America know about the one-child policy, but don't know that it leads into
forced abortions. A Washington Times reports says that women are forcibly taken to hospitals and
strapped to beds. This is where these innocent women are forced to endure an abortion of their
child. Reggie Littlejohn provided legal support for women victims of forced abortions after she
used to serve as an attorney for Chinese refugees seeking asylum in the USA. She told the Times
that she wanted to devote her time on this issue since it breaks her heart. Mostly girls have been
murdered in forced abortion in the range over 400 million babies in the last 30 years. Chai Ling,
co-founder of the Jenzabar Foundation and All Girls Allowed; Captain Xiong Yan,
U.S. Army Chaplain; Bob Fu, President of ChinaAid also attended the hearing.

Today, China has liberalized its economic policies via Deng and others. Its economic growth is
hitting new heights and that is why the West seeks to have business connections with the Chinese
nation. Some of the Chinese are hesitant to reciprocate the trade partnership, because of the
advent of the nefarious recession in the world today. China is building a rail system too. This plan
is to connect various locations of China together. Zhang Shuguang is the deputy chief of the
project and the director of the transportation department of the Rail Ministry. She said in
September of 2008 that by 2012, China will complete a high speed rail network of 42 lines that
comprise of 13,000 km. This was proposed by the great republican Chinese leader by the name
of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Sun Yat-Sen lived from 1866 to 1925. If this system is successful, then the rail
system can spread resources in Russia, and even other places. The lesson here is that we can a
truth about China. That truth is that there is nothing infeasible about desiring the goal of building
up of own national infrastructure in America. Our infrastructure ought to be modernized. Some
theorize that magnetic levitation system is the future Transcontinental system in the 21st and 22nd
centuries. China even have their own stimulus plan, yet Congressional reactionaries don’t even
want a stimulus dealing with education, anti-poverty initiatives, and infrastructure. As of August 6,
2010, China has been the 2nd highest level of GDP in the world. 3rd is Japan and 1st is the USA.

China have made the Three Gorges Dam a reality. It’s a 606 ft. high dam that stretches 7,575 feet
across the Yangtze river (it’s the 3rd longest river in the Earth). Its hydroelectric in its orientated.
It’s the world largest electricity generating plant of any kind. It can bring resources. One problem
with the dam is that it displaced about 1.3 million people. This resulted in ecological changes like
the increase of landslides. There is nothing wrong with true technological development. Yet, that
development should be balanced with environmental concerns too. You can’t claim to be
for building up the Earth when you adhere to policies that are detrimental to it.

We must support all Chinese dissidents for promoting liberty and hope they will find liberty and
freedom in the future. We must also support Chinese people coming to America to fulfill there
dreams and aspirations like artists, musicians, even athletes like Yao Ming. We must not support
a bad government by giving them trade status in a major organization like the WTO, but we must
never restrict innocent people or civilians within a country to not live on with their life or Livelihood.
We should oppose the evil in America too. We should look and allow the USA to look at
itself in the mirror to make known of its errors. This isn’t even a Republican or Democrat
issue. Whether a politician is a Democrat or a Republican, they (or the political
establishment) still don't want to give people power like that (I mean real power to
radically change the economics, the political system, and the conditions in
communities not token power. The government should be an active tool to solve
problems. Yet, in many times, individual people have the responsibility to help our
others not just the government). People knew this for decades (especially folks). Both
of those major parties are funded by the same establishment, so you can't ally with neither
of them 100%. Instead of seeing China as an enemy (which many neo cons desire), we
should the Chinese people as an ally to develop a better world. Yet, we should disagree
strongly with any bad policy from the Chinese government like we disagree with any bad
policy from the U.S. government. That’s commonsense. I also will never forget about
Taiwan either. Taiwan has its right to be a nation, have nationalism, and exist with
basic human freedoms.
