not include the unloading fees.
Delivery: Within 05 days from the date of receiving technically cleared purchase order or
three months if the stock is not available at the time of order confirmation
Validity: Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any purchase order received
after the validity date will require the company written consent
Payment: 100% Cash before delivery
Warranty: 07 years on compressor for Package, concealed & Split type units
05 years on compressor for Window A/C
24 months on parts
Warranty Conditions:
* Inclusive of spare parts and maintenance charges for one year from the date of
delivery
* The warranty includes the repairing of manufacturing defects
* The warranty doesn't cover the defects resulting from natural disasters
