accounts as pertained to receipts, expenditures and
uses of Funds of the University Student Council and
all recognized organizations of Palawan State
University.

In line with the Audit Procedures to be conducted by the Student Commission on Audit, we are
requesting you to please provide the available materials you have from the following list, for we will
need them for the audit we are going to conduct:

*List of all the Officers and at least 3 specimen signatures

*Financial Statements with Notes to FS (AY 2016-2017)
*Resolution or Act for General Appropriation
*Copies of other supporting documents gathered starting May 1-July __ (e.g. purchase
requests, receipts, approved letters)
*Soft copy of the organizations logo
