canusesameHSN,ifeachcellhasanoffsetofsomeTDMAframes. OffsetofTDMAframesisalsorequiredtoavoidSACCHoccurringatthe
sametimeinallsynchronizedcells,astheykillsawaytheobjectiveofDTX.
