Mission Statement:

Our mission is to integrate the most effective psychotherapeutic

interventions where meditation can be an integral part of the overall healing
process. Through unique and creative approaches, PMC intends to penetrate to
the roots of problems to promote the most effective treatment for each client.

Vision Statement:

The human mind is perhaps the most mysterious process in existence and
uses massive amounts of energy. When this energy stops being wasted through
internal/external conflicts due to mental health and addiction problems, great
conservation and revitalization of this energy occurs. Once this energy starts to
flow without inner disturbance, profound healing is possible where
psychological doorways open into limitless possibilities. A new vision opens up
from within with pure awareness of the nature, structure, function,
dimensions, and depth of thought, emotion, memory, and desire. As this
vision opens up, personal and inter-generational transformation becomes
possible in living life without internal and/or external conflicts.

Sachin Karnik, Ph.D., LCSW CEO.

Payment preference
As these documents are updated, please ensure that the office maintains the most
recent version.

The Office Manager will obtain your information for the creation of business cards. The
office manager will also provide you with a packet of credentialing forms. The general
information will be completed, but you will need to add some specific details and your
signatures. We ask that this be completed as soon as possible as the third party payers are
sometimes slow in adding new providers.
All staff will be set up with an account on Therapy Notes. All scheduling must be
completed within this program ensuring that this is up to date. Please note, that those
individuals that are credentialed with third party payers will have priority to office space
for seeing clients.
Checks will be available for pick up the 15th and 30th of every month. You will
receive payment that reflects the amount collected either through third party payers, co-
pays or self-pay clients.
All staff are welcome to attend any of the CEU trainings offered by PMC for free.
All clinical staff are expected to attend a case consultation/review meeting each
month.
We believe firmly in the immense benefits of meditation joined with psychotherapy. If
this is not already part of your practice, we will work with you on various meditation
techniques and ways to incorporate this into your therapy sessions.

Welcome!

Dr. Sachin Karnik
