This course introduces business students to the theory of communication and its practice in todays
global business environment.
It makes them aware of procedures and processes in communication that are globally acceptable
and intelligible.

Concepts/Knowledge and Skills : The student develops as an efficient communicator in speech and
writing with higher listening and reading skills compared to his
communication behavior at the beginning of the course
