Learning Objectives for the Subject

This course introduces business students to the theory of communication and its practice in todays
global business environment.

It makes them aware of procedures and processes in communication that are globally acceptable
and intelligible.

It enhances their competence in communication strategies in a manner that would be beneficial to


them in work or study.

A holistic approach is employed throughout with emphasis on tasks undertaken.

The following are the learning outcomes of this course :
