1.1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE

With this manual, LA EMPRESA QAP solutions LTDA, intends to comply with
the legal provisions in respect of courier shipments.
This manual will be under the responsibility of the compliance officer, who will
update it and amend as needed. Always will have to be approved by the Board
directive of the entity.
