soluble. Water soluble includes the vitamin B, choline, inositol, folic acid, pantothenic
acid , biotin and ascorbic acid or vitamin C. The vitamin C is the most important in this
because it helps fish for their immune system and it is a powerful antioxidant. Fat-
soluble includes vitamins A, retinols for responsible for vision; the D vitamins,
cholecaciferols for bone integrity; E vitamins, the tocopherols for antioxidants; and K
vitamins such as menadione for blood clotting, skin integrity. Vitamin E has the most
attention to give because it has a role as an antioxidant.
