1. Explain the traditional model of public administration and discuss its 3 important
characteristics.

2. Explain 4 methods or instruments government can use to intervene when government.

4. List and explain the 6 steps that can be used to assist someone who is required to
analyze a given situation and/or to derive a policy to deal with it.

5. The public sector has increasingly adopted features of private sector human resource
management in an attempt to enhance its performance. Mention at least 5 features it
has adopted and explain how these have assisted in improving performance.

6. Discuss 5 challenges public managers of developing countries face and mention how
these could be managed to assist in achieving the aims and objectives of the
org anizations.
