NOTICE OF VACANCY
The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, mandated to implement and supervise the
governments comprehensive peace process, is looking for additional staff who will work for a just and
lasting peace. You may be who we are looking for!

Hiring Unit / Division AREA MANAGEMENT TEAM Central Office


Position / Job Title PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III (Technical Officer)
Salary Grade SG 18
Position Item / Job Status Contract of Service (COS)
Bachelors Degree
Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years relevant experience
Eight (8) hours relevant training

1. Reports to the Executive Director and/or Assistant Secretary


for Policy and Programs on the activities of the Area
Management Teams (AMTs);
2. Liaison and facilitates coordination of the AMTs with the
OPAPP central units;
3. Assist in the drafting of correspondence and other related
documents of AMTs in the central office;
Duties and Responsibilities 4. Consolidates and maintains AMTs Accomplishment Reports,
Monthly and Annual Workplans and Calendar of Activities in
the central office;
5. Act as secretariat during AMT meetings and or activities in
the central office;
6. Support to capacity development of AMTs; and
7. Undertake other tasks assigned by the Executive Director and
Assistant Secretary
