AIM: OBJECTIVES:
- introducing spring as one of the four - recognizing spring
seasons of the year as well as - exploring symbols of spring
developing comprehension of the - further exploring the term of cycle

PARTNERS ON THE PROJECT:

Our partners in achieving our aims and goals were Smart Bears and their teacher
for enabling us additional time and space to work as well as joining us in activities;
kindergarten pedagogical staff for providing support and parents for supporting our
project and achievements by providing additional unshaped materials.

 Spring & Trees - EVALUATION

AIM:
- introducing spring as one of the four seasons of the year as well as developing
comprehension of the season
Children gained understanding of the season through experience. They connect
it with blooming flowers and trees though the fickle weather makes it harder for
them to establish a pattern of improoving weather compared to winter.

- raising awareness about trees and nature surrounding us

Children became more observant of their surroundings and trees. They now
comprehend their significance and importance as well as create a connection
on how to have fun outdoors

OBJECTIVES:
- recognizing spring
Children recognize spring through flowers that wasn't there before
- exploring symbols of spring
Children percive flowers and the absence of snow with spring though younger ones
also connect it with summer.

- further exploring the term of cycle of seasons

Children began anticipating and commenting on the cycle of season of the year with
the help of our round calendar with characteristics.

- exploring the weather

Due to uncharacteristic weather for the season it was dificult to make clear
connections with the season

- exploring trees and their significanace

Children showed great interest and initiative in the topic and exploration

- introducing parts of trees

children recognize and are able to name parts of the trees as well as explain basic
functions
