Greetings!

I have the honor to inform your good office that I am seeking for transfer from Lanipew
Barrio School to Tabbac Barrio School for the following reasons:

1. My residence is near Tabbac Barrio School so it is more convenient to work there.

2. My parents depend on me because they are sick and old and they cannot work on
their own.
3. I have been teaching for more than 2 years at Lanipew BS. With this span of service,
I have been traveling this long. Considering the distance and the climate, it is very
risky and tedious in my part to travel with my kids.
4. My first child has Rheumatic Heart Disease PDS (Patent Ductus Arterious) and she
needs monthly check-up.
