Annyeong Seoul!
Seoul, South Koreas metropolis capital, is undoubtedly the giant global trendsetter of
today. Riding on the K-wave of pop entertainment, technological innovation, and a massive
beauty industry, Seoul has influenced the worlds pop culture over the past decade faster
than anyone can think of Gangnam Style, Samsung and their favourite kimchi-flavoured
pot noodles.
One of Seouls many charms - each neighbourhood has a distinct micro-community and
ambience, creating a mega city of mini cities all worth visiting. From Dongdaemun to
Myeongdong and Hongdae to Gangnam, experience the vibrant Korean food scene and
great mix of high- and low-end shopping at all hours of the day.
Still, the greatest allure of this modern city is its well-preserved traditional culture. Explore
the citys cultural landmarks Gyeongbokgung Palace and Namsangol Hanok Village and
discover old traditions where each have their own fascinating story to tell.
