Antibiotic It Antiviral Blend

Antibiotics are intended to treat bacterial infections only. They cannot penetrate cell walls, where
viruses are located, and are thus ineffective against viral infections. Essential oils, however, can penetrate
cellwaJls making them effective for both bacterial and viral infections. Here is an excellent antibiotic and
antiviral blend:

Place 6 drops On Guard-, 4 drops oregano, 3 drops lemon & 2 drops frankincense in a 00 sized veggie
capsule. Ingest every 4-8 hours

On Guard11ll Hand Sanitizer

Store-bought hand sanitizers often claim to kill 99.99% of germs. While this statement sounds ideal,
killing nearly all ofthe bacteria on one's hands is actually detrimental. In fact, most bacteria found on our
hands are benefiCial bacteria that are capable of fighting off harmful bacteria. Thus, killing these beneficial
bacteria leaves the hands more vulnerable to harmful bacteria.

~ Cup Castile Soap -Pour into foaming pumps
1 Tbsp Vegetable Glycerin -Add 10 drops On Guard to each pump
2 Tbsp Olive, Almond or Jojoba Oil -Shake and use
30 drops On Guard Essential Oil Ingredients will separate over time. This is normal.
