 PROGRAMMING OF PROJECTS WITH MS. PROJECT

I. Description:
Project is planned set of tasks that, combined with human resources, Material
and financial resources, all are direct at obtaining a product or achieve a certain
goal, with a start and end time.
Most projects share common activities, such as splitting the project into easy to
manage tasks, scheduling tasks, communication with team members, and
tracking tasks according work progresses. In addition to, all projects consist of
three main phases, such as: Phase of creation and planning of a project, phase
of execution and monitoring of the project and phase of closing the project
In a nutshell, a project plan can be as simple, for example, the birthday of a
family member, your partner or a friend where we began to set with advance all
work which we will do to achieve our goal. On the contrary, it can be as complex,
for example, the construction of a stadium, a road or a bridge spanning a river,
etc. which we are going to do many tasks and a lot of work.
Nevertheless, most of the 85% of projects behind the eight ball for not having
a good schedule of activities and a poor execution of the works. Then, taking into
account this result, the Microsoft Company has created a software which does
the task of planning project, which is Ms. Project.
Ms. Project is a project management program designed, developed and
marketed by Microsoft to assist in developing plans, assigning resources to tasks,
tracking progress, manage budget and analyze workloads. If we use this
software, we must make forty winks at our work meanwhile this software will be
doing its work, project management.
The Ms. Project have an interface which is easy to use, it has a column which we
introduce all the task that will realize in the project as well as assignment of
resources at the tasks as a result of that and knowing the start or end time it
would watch a project modeling which we must follow up to successfully complete
our project.
 II. Conclusions:
1. The planning and control of resources are very important to the success of
the project.
2. Microsoft Project is a software that allows us to minimize costs and increase
production.
3. The Ms. Project platform is designed so that any user with project planning
knowledge can use it.

III. Suggestions:
1. For the application of this software we must know the project and its tasks.
2. Ms. Project should be used to control projects of great magnitude and long
execution times.
3. If we want to further optimize our project control, we must investigate other
software in the market.
