used for reference and lanes 11-14 contain the DNA samples. All samples used 5L sample and 6x

anode/cathode alignment switched. All samples used 5L sample and 6x loading dye. Al samples cannot
be seen in the result are assumed to have run off the plate. Legend: Lane 1-Ladder Lanes 3, 5, 7 sample.
