INTRODUCTION

L et us begin at the beginning. Lets define the key tools words we

will bandy about in the course of this book.
First, and foremost, idiomaterial is a word coined to describe a
philosophical condition of being and matter, in which the entity given such
description is simultaneously and unconditionally nonmaterial and material,
the context of which makes the ambient environment in which it exists to be
both physical and nonphysical. I am a member of the Life Physics Group
California, and we have taken a quite different tack to the mission of phys-
ics. Instead of looking for the unification of natural forces, we stumbled
upon a most intriguing framework of explanation for what Nature is and
how Nature works. We called this model simply our Working Model.
What kind of picture does Nature paint of itself as this Working Model?
Well, to use philosophy as the canvas and philosophical paradigms as the
broadbrush with which the picture can be deciphered, we can say that Na-
ture paints itself as monist-idealist and material-realistic at the same time.
The Working Model paints it as idiomaterial (comprising of relatively in-
dependent subtotalities of the physics of David Bohm) manifested in all of
the Models superdomains as monistic idiomorphs which undergo a trans-
formative process with definite protocolar stages of transformation from
thought-matrix transforms early on, to more condensate-transforms, culmi-
nating in a templaic conformation (or quantum potential) which the Working
Model says to work in tandem with 4-spacetime EM (electromagnetic) tem-

plates in a continuous mirrored dance. Matter in the macrolevel of manife-

station we know as space/time is made of strings and superstrings in myriad
microlevels of manifestation in which the four forces of nature conform the
existence of matter in three dimensions of space and three dimensions of
time (future to past moving through the present). All of this is in an ar-
rangement that offers to a human observers sensorial apparatus (and in-
strumentations used within the reality matrix) as holographic. A hologram is
a three-dimensional image reproduced from a pattern of interference pro-
duced by a split coherent beam of radiation (as a laser); our human senses
detect, decode and decipher the pattern of interference itself; this is thus our
reality. The experience of this medium to human beings (complex oscillating
biological entities that we are) is then said to be hologramic. We have dis-
covered also that reality has its rules; in other words, it is hologrammatic.
In this book, we are going to discover together just how significant all of
these discoveries are to the practice of the human activity we know as com-
merce and the field of endeavor known as business. But let me continue.
Earth is a biosphere. It hosts life, from the microscopic to the complex,
all of which are oscillating biological entities. In other words, Earth is a bio-
electric life medium one in which all life forms indexed to the biosphere
depend upon the life belt of the planet, the approximately 25-30 mile band of
active electromagnetic media that range from several miles below the sur-
face to some 20+ miles up. Biological life is upon the Earth, in myriad forms
and sizes, vertebrate and invertebrate. All of them are bioelectronic oscillat-
ing entities. The uniform unity in the life belt of this grand encompassing
wave band of living entities is not an eidolon an insubstantial image
quite the contrary, it is a substantial reality, both material and monist-
idealist.
This is the context in which the human activities we call business and
commerce occur. And in this context will we then promote the formation of
idiomaterial business platforms which are aligned to the idiomaterial ar-
rangement of life on Earth. This, I promise you, will become clearer as we
move into the chapters of this book.
In the course of research to further understand the idiomaterial nature of
this grand creation we simply called the Unum which contains our un-
iverse as one of seven grand resonant harmonic media off a limit we simply
labeled as the T- [or Thought] boundary. We humans are a curious lot; so we
wondered what comes before the T-boundary, and could not penetrate
beyond this limit, except under very unique circumstances which I will de-

scribe to you here, because it is a significant tool in an activity we will now

simply call idiomaterial business.

THE LARGER PICTURE: AS IN GLOBAL SO IS IN LOCAL

The vantage point we were afforded by the means and the method we
used in our research a proprietary technology called extension neurosens-
ing provided us with a cumulus of information actually it would be more
accurate to say cumuli (plural). Again we coined the technical term cumulus
to mean a very, extremely large, humungous size information cloud which
required a great deal of peeling, or going through it to detect, decode, and
then decipher the meaning of the data as useful and usable information. In
here, Im going to revisit some things we need to establish clearly here so
you may understand much of what follows.

The Human Overfunction

Lets take a deductive approach to this part of the exposition.

In mid-decade, around late 2005 or early 2006, we discovered we, hu-
mankind, were a sum-total of both bodies and minds that, when functioning
integrally, it works like an overfunction.
A function is the role or purpose for which something is designed or ex-
ists. So in describing this sum-total of body-minds functioning integrally, we
chose the term overfunction, instead of merely using correspondence, map-
ping, map or transformation to refer to a relation between two sets in which
one element of the second set (the sum-total) is assigned to each element of
the first set; we could also call it multiple-value function, but didnt.
This is a relation between two sets in which two or more elements of the
second set are assigned to each element of the first set. In other words, the
expression y2 = x2 describes the overfunction as a role, a purpose and a mul-
tiple-value function. I will expand this definition in much plainer English in
a while.
I just described humankind in life physics terms as a multiple-value func-
tion, where each of us are members of the first set as bodies, and the second
set is the sum-total of all of us as minds. So, we can then describe the sum-
total of minds inhabiting bodies in the world as the human biomind (or bio-
logically-based overfunction). This is extremely important to the develop-
ment of an idiomaterial business platform.

12
Doing Business in an Idiomaterial Universe Paradigm

Often referred to as mission statement, purpose, objective, goal, we hu-

mans barely realize that the statement or statements made are actually com-
munications made nonverbally, yet quite legibly understood by all others in
the overfunction as symbolic polysensorial acquisition (SPA) or grasp of the
real not just written intent of a businesss platform. We do SPA all the
time and may not be aware in the least. We may call it intuition, having a
feeling, saying that the hair in back of my necks standing up. SPA is
completely nonverbal, does not draw on cortical intellectualizations in words
or conceptual abstractions. But we do know our memetic symbols the
emotional, visual, tactile proprioceptions we call intuition, having a feeling,
and such. When two people who do not speak the same language, there is a
lot of SPA going on, but the word we use for this phenomenon is nonversa-
tion, completely nonverbal and relying heavily upon gestures and smiles and
nods.
This brings up a characteristic of doing business in an idiomaterial world
that scares hell out of most irrationally dishonest and unethical businesses
and business people: no secrets are possible, and no self-aware and integral-
ly awaken individual can be subject to scams. Mind can best be thought of as
a field because it is, and the propulsion of thought by the intention of an in-
dividual, though hardly measurable, does leave an energetic trail and mark
on the person who thinks and feels and the people who are the objects of the
intentional deceptive campaign.
Construing such a reality within which sales can be realized is actually
self-defeating: the old dictum you can fool all of the people some of the time,
some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of
the time is life physics bedrock. Let me now paint a picture of how the over-
function works and those in it who know how to use it make it work for
them.
Karen Tse. In the last couple of years, a committee of the Center for
Public Leadership at Harvard Universitys Kennedy School of Government
selected Karen Tse, a Chinese-American born in 1964 as one of Americas
Best Leaders.
What makes Ms. Tse such a unique individual from our viewpoint? She
is a practitioner of what is coming to be known as Life Physics. And what is
singularly interesting to us is that Ms. Tse practices one of the centerpieces
of what is now known in certain circles as the Working Model of the Life
Physics: an interconnectivity between and among human beings that is her
signature leadership style; she calls it spiritual persuasion via human con-
nection.

Geneva-based organization that trains public defenders and raises awareness
of criminal rights in countries that have only just acknowledged them sur-
prised actually no one. Bachelor of Arts in Education from Scripps College,

Master of Divinity from the Harvard Divinity School, married, two sons, and

Actually, it is not anything external that makes her unique. What sets her
as unique in this world, says Mia Yamamoto, a criminal defense lawyer who
serves on IBJ, is that there are some people that the purity of their intention
is inescapable. Ms Yamamoto is blunt in her assessment of Karens leader-
ship style: youre looking for the bullshit factor with just about everybody.
This couldnt be as altruistic as it sounds. But Ive known her for a long
time, and shes really like that.
How, then, is Karen a practitioner of what is now known as the Life
Physics?
If I was a religious person which I m not, I am a very spiritual one I
would ask if Karen was the Christ. The Christ is what Christianity regards as
what we in life physics call the overfunction. It is not a rhetorical question,
but rather a biophysical question within the Working Model. The answer is,
yes, she is.
But how could she be the overfunction?
An overfunction is a function nonlocally inclusive of a membership of
multiple expressions (or units). In other words, within the point of view we
now have, an overfunction is also 1 an assigned duty or activity, 2 a specific
occupation or role, 3 something closely related to another thing and depen-
dent on it for its existence, value, or significance, 4 an individual variable so
related to another or to others that for each value assumed by one there is a
value determined for the others, 5 a rule of correspondence between two
sets, one containing the other, such that there are unique elements in the con-
taining set assigned to each element in the units of the contained set, and 6 a
procedure within an application.
The holomovement rules are specific to the Unum and all superdomains.
This includes us here on Earth. She, Karen, is then the Christ or the over-
function because when she works from her essence, she functions with a
single degree of freedom. That is the power of the overfunction!
