I agree to indemnify and to hold harmless the Union Temple Baptist Church from and against any
actions, losses, costs, damages, claims, and expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from the
purchase of any items sold or damaged to property or bodily injury to vendor, his or her agents,
representatives, and/or employees by reason of the vendors occupancy or use of the exhibition
facilities.

*Once your vendor application is approved, NO REFUND will be granted. Vending spaces are not
transferable and no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails to occupy his/her assigned
space by the time and date of the event. If your application is not approved, your payment will be
returned to you within 10-12 business days after the vendor selection.

VENDOR CATEGORIES

As a part of the Vendor application, each Vendor must select items from one (1) of the
below listed categories:

ART GALLERY: Includes prints, framed art, and lithographs.

ARTS/CRAFTS: Handmade jewelry, figurines, plaques, paper mache, ceramics,


magnets, dolls, tote bags.

BOOKS: Books that promote the Christian woman, spiritual, motivation, how-
to cook books.

CLOTHING: Includes dresses, African attire, skirts, scarves, pants, blouses and
shirts.

COMPUTER Computer software, software help books, and instructional


SOFTWARE : materials.

HAIR CARE/ Shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, nail products, skin


COSMETICS: care products, body oils, lotions, cosmetics.

HATS, Includes handbags made from cloth, beads, canvas,


HANDBAGS, & leather; hats made from cloth, felt, straw; shoes made
SHOES: from cloth, canvas, leather.

HOME DCOR: Quilts, pillows, doilies coasters, napkins, table linens, place mats,
bible covers, pot holders/mitts, candles, and candle holders.

INSURANCE/ Insurance and investment information, applications,


INVESTMENT: fact sheets, and pamphlets on insurance and investments.

JEWELRY: Includes fine and costume jewelry, earrings, necklaces, rings, and
bracelets.

SPORTS WEAR: T-shirts, sweat suits, exercise wear, and caps.


SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE be mindful that this is a SPIRITUAL RETREAT when selecting item(s) to


exhibit.

PLEASE make certain that you list ALL items that you plan to exhibit. Items not
listed may not be displayed.

Vendor Fees: The 2017 VENDOR FEE is $200 for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and
Sunday! The daily rates are: Thursday-$50, Friday-$100, Saturday-$100, and
Sunday-$50. The fee must accompany your application. The fee does not include
the table.

Vendor Space: You are permitted to bring one (1) six (6) foot exhibit table in your
space. Each vendor space is 8 X 10 and a Grid Wall is acceptable up to 7 feet.

The deadline for the completed application and payment must be returned to the
following address before September 10, 2017:

Vendors will be permitted to set-up exhibit tables from 12:00p.m. - 2:00p.m.,


Thursday, October 26, 2017.

The vendor areas will be open during scheduled hours of the Whole Woman
Symposium from:

Thursday, October 26, 2017 3:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.


Friday, October 27, 2017 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 9:00a.m. - 9:00p.m.
Sunday, October 29, 2017 After the 8:00a.m./11:00a.m. service

All vendor items must be displayed on or in the one (1) allotted table or space.

The UTBC Whole Woman Symposium Committee reserves the right to decline an
application based on previous undesirable behavior.
Once your vendor application is approved, NO REFUND will be granted. Vending
spaces are not transferable and no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails to
occupy his/her assigned space by the time and date of the event. If your application
is not approved, your payment will be returned to you within 10-12 business days
after the vendor application deadline date.

NO items may be sold with the name or logo Whole Woman Symposium, The
Power of She, Ephesians 3:16-19.

NO consumable products may be sold, i.e., cookies, candy, and food.

Each vendor will be responsible for the security of his/her merchandise.

Each vendor will be responsible for the removal of their trash at the conclusion of
the Symposium. Failure to do so, will result in the Vendor not being invited to
attend subsequent events.

Two Whole Woman Goodie Bag will be provided to each vendor table.

If you would like to donate an item for a door prize that can be given away during the
event, please indicate that on your application.

[NOTE: We suggest that you keep a copy of your application and application fee for
your records.]
