1. Steps to Register for InnVent Individually

Step 1.1: Launch the URL

Step 1.2: Click on Sign Up

Step 1.3: Fill in the required details

Name,
SAP Mail only,
Password
Step 1.4: Click Start Now
Step 1.5: You will be redirected to the InnVent Hackathon Page

Step 1.6: Close this tab/window.

Step 1.7: Click on the verification link in the verification mail that is sent to the registered SAP
Mail.
Step 1.8: Close the tab/window which opened on click of the verification link.
Step 1.9: Launch the URL again http://bit.ly/InnVent.

2. Team Creation
Form a team
Get a team together for a challenge that may change the way the following problems are solved.
Each challenge may need unique expert skills, ensure you have the right team members.

Dont have a team?

USE BLUE! Start a new Project on SAP Blue with Prefix as INNVENT and call for team members
who can work with you, Redirect yourself to bit.ly/SAPBLUE and make sure to PREFIX the
Project Title with INNVENT
Now that you have your team, go for glory!

Enroll your team on the INNVENT portal: http://bit.ly/InnVent.

Step 2.1: Click on the create your team button

Step 2.2: Enter your team name. Keep the looking for teammates slider as No. Then click on
create

Step 2.3: You will land in the team management screen. You can use the send invite button to
send invites to your team mates. Please specify your teammates SAP Email ID.
Step 2.4: Accepting invites
Once your team mate is registered on the InnVent portal, click on the manage requests button
Step 2.5: Accept invite

 3. Idea Submission
Step 3.1: Login to the InnVent portal, click on submit idea button

Step 3.2: Select your theme in the drop down, on left of the title,
Fill all the details required, please do not upload any documents for now
Step 3.3: Once you click on submit, the following screen will appear. You now have successfully
submitted the idea.
