Nukote Polyurea Systems

Fosroc Nukote Products are comprised
principally of plural component, pure Polyurea
materials. These Polyurea materials differ from
plural component polyurethanes in both
chemical composition and performance.
Fosroc Nukote products include a wide range
of formulations for specific substrates and
operational conditions.
Fosroc Nukote polyureas are individually
formulated to offer the best physicals, cure
times and finishes for specific applications
regardless of substrate or use. Fosroc Nukote
are also formulated for various application
methods including high pressure, high
temperature plural component application
systems; low-pressure, low-temperature plural
component application systems, hand-held
cartridge systems and roll-down products.
Liners or membrane systems, in the past, were
selected for waterproofing applications ahead
of coatings, due to its higher levels of durability
and resistance to chemicals commonly
exhibited by these systems.
Fosroc Nukote systems combine all the
benefits of coatings, liners and membranes into
a single product that can be sprayed-on or
hand applied, without having to use solvents or
catalysts for curing. Curing is so fast that the
coating is completely tack free within seconds
regardless of the ambient humidity or
temperature levels.

Fosroc Nukote products come in standard

grey, black and sand. But it can be custom
tinted to the specification with an extra cost.

Historically, the use of coatings has been

limited to applications in construction,
manufacturing and industrial projects, as a
system for protection of concrete and steel
surfaces against oxidation and abrasion.
