RRAPJEL was established because of having the same goals and plans of
each partner which is to persuade the Filipinos in drinking natural and
nutritious energy drinks instead of the existing processed energy drinks in
the market. RRAPJEL wants to produce an energy booster drinks that will
not just make the consumers active, alert, alive and energized but also
makes them healthy and prevent them from sickness. Enerjuice will be the
name of the product which is an energy juice drink that is made of organic
raw materials. It is made of fresh and natural fruits that contain a lot of
nutrients.
RATIONALE 4
Filipinos are known for being hardworking and industrious. They are
working zealously for their dreams and for their families. Sometimes
because of overwork they forget to take care of themselves. They spend
most of their time working, studying, helping and caring for others which
become the reason why they feel sick, tired, weak, stressed and
depressed.
Some Filipinos used to buy energy drinks just to gain again their energy
to feel alive, active and alert again. Energy drinks are widely promoted as
products that increase alertness and enhance physical and mental
performance which is because of its two main ingredients, the sugar and
caffeine. The amounts of caffeine in energy drinks vary but the large
amount of it may cause serious heart rhythm, blood flow and blood
pressure problems. It may also be the cause of anxiety, sleep problems,
digestive problems and dehydration. It is already known that caffeine is
harmful when intake too much. Because of being concern about the health
of every Filipinos, RRAPJEL decided to establish a business and produce a
product that will really help Filipinos in gaining back their energy again after
a stressful and exhausted work.
We propose the Enerjuice, a natural energy juice drink that will benefit all
Filipinos whether how old are you and what is your status in life. We offer
the Enerjuice because we want to spread in the world the importance and
advantages of eating or drinking natural fruits every day.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The students, faculties, employees and other people which are the target
market of RRAPJEL Enerjuice will surely like this energy juice drink and
they have an opportunity to choose whatever flavors they want that will suit
their taste. RRAPJEL Enerjuice will provide a combination of tasty and
nutritious drinks at affordable price with a nice packaging and a very good
and suitable atmosphere. It can be consumed while walking around the
campus or hanging out with friends.

Our new and improving economy today needs more productive and healthy
individuals. We need men who can work efficiently and excellently. The
students, workers, employees, and professionals should maintain and take
care of their health because they are the factors for the development of our
economy.

Natural and fresh fruits are the main ingredients in manufacturing the
RRAPJEL's Enerjuice. Having different fruits as the main ingredients,
people will enjoy and appreciate the natural resources of our Mother Earth.
More individuals can now understand the importance of the natural
products and resources in their lives. More individuals can now get the
benefits of the fruits in their everyday living. Because of this, the people will
take an extra care of the environment and of the plants and natural
resources that it provides.

In order to legalize our small business, we will consult a lawyer that will
help us to build the RRAPJEL Enerjuice nearby the school and also to
complete the requirements needed for the business.

RRAPJEL chose a good supplier of fruits with a good pricing that do not
affect much the price of the product, a supplier where they can have a
clean transactions and a supplier that will surely bring all the raw materials

The location of the business is very open for the establishment of other
new businesses that is why RRAPJEL is always ready for the entrance of
new competitors in the market. They assure that the taste, the quality, the
style and how the product packaged is unique and attractive to the
customers in order to be continuously in demand which can outperform its

Substitute Products
There are already existing energy drinks in the market. Compare to other
big companies who offer energy drinks, RRAPJEL's Enerjuice have a lots
of advantages in terms of human's health. Although the rival companies of
it are already waving its success in the field of business, RRAPJEL's
Enerjuice will maintain having a strong faith to face those rivalries and
creating the best strategy to outperform those companies. RRAPJEL's
Enerjuice will be open-minded in improving the products in terms of its
content and packaging and expanding and establishing additional branches
when it becomes in demand in the market.

We choose Area K GMA, Cavite as market because there are many people
around the area who have a very busy lifestyle. Examples are the students,
workers, vendors, and drivers. Area K is a very crowded place and it is a
good spot to place our business since there are many possible markets.
Target Market
In our initial stage, we will rent out a space located nearby the
University of Perpetual Help System-GMA Campus. This facility will
accommodate the store, storage, and the kitchen where we will make the
RRAPJEL energy juice drink. The rent for the space will be PHP 5, 000.00
per month. We will be the employees who will maintain the manufacturing
of the product. The operation of the business will be 7 days a week that will
start from 7:00 in the morning till 10:00 in the evening. We are targeting on
producing a minimum of 50 cups a day.

The manager and assistant manager have high skills in managing the
RRAPJEL's energy juice drinks because of having a business before which
is a bakery shop and a sari-sari store. They are excellent in how to keep
the business stable and profitable. Both are also assigned in technical
department for having knowledge about technical aspects. While, the
Marketing Sales, Manager and the HR are both expert on advertising the
product. They have the unique ability on how to gain customers through
their creative minds in creating the packaging and the atmosphere
attractive.
There is also the General Operation Manager who is skilled in creating and
preparing the product. She and the assigned personnel in customer service
have the ability on how to make the product tastes good and will surely
make the target market keep on buying it. There were also assigned
personnel in accounting department that have an excellent decision making
in terms of financial aspects.

their iron and energy. This product will be effective to everyone who will
use this in the future. By the enough knowledge we have and the effort
exerted to possible do this business plan and this product, we conclude
that RRAPJEL Enerjuice will be effective with the use of our strategies and
to attain the objectives to help to grow and develop this business.
The prices are affordable and the materials we will use to this product are
all natural and organic. We are looking forward to possibly create this
