Re: Application for the Position of Support Service Coordinator

With reference Vacancy Announcement published in the web site http://reliefweb.int. It is known that
there is a vacancy announcement for the Position of Support Service Coordinator. I Santosh K.
Chaudhari wish to offer my candidature for the same and here under my details relevant to the
proposed post.
As regards my professional experiences, I have worked above 17 (Seventeen) years in different
International NGOs, humanitarian development organizations, bilateral Agencies, UN Agencies, US
grants, ECHO funded projects, and have proven in managing effective financial management,
administration, human resources, logistics and proactively support to emergency response in
accordance with compliance of organizational rules and regulation, to deliver program activities
efficiently. I have proven to handle project grant size of $ 20 million USD and leading at senior
management level for various development project as well as emergency response for humanitarian
relief activities. Recently, I have been worked for International Medical Corps IMC Nepal Mission as
Finance Manager from September 2015 to June 2017 about (1.9 Years). As earlier, I have worked for
Medecins du Monde MdM France as Finance and Administrative Coordinator as about (1.5 years). I also
worked for a German Organization Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen
as Administrative and Finance Manager as about (2.5 years). Similarly, I worked for United Nations
Development Program, UNDP/ Project as Administrative and Finance Associate as about (2 years).
Furthermore, I worked for Japan International Cooperation Agency/JICA Project as Administrative and
Finance Officer as above (2 years) and also worked for United Nations Mission in Nepal UNMIN
as Administrative Assistant as about (1.5 years). Moreover I have worked for an INGO in International
Nepal Fellowship, INF as Finance Assistant as about (8 years).
Regarding my academic and professional qualification, I have completed Masters Degree MBS in
Management and Masters Degree in Public Administration, MPA , In addition to this I have also
completed PGDAM Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Management and foundation course
ACCA/CAT.
Technically, l achieved extensive skills on Financial and Management accounting software such are Cost
Point Deltek , SAGA Accounting ,SUN Accounting, FAMAS, Atlas ,Money works and Tally, to be
strengthen my technical skill and a professional in hand with required performance. Hence, regarding
your requirements on Vacancy Announcement, finding myself as one of the suitable, self-starter,
